I think you could eat just these and be perfectly fine. A little bit of a kick of spice but not overpowering just flat out spot on. One entrée that came highly recommended was the red fish Orleans. Outstanding! Blackened red fish topped with Orleans sauce and shrimp. Only got four shrimp but collectively the meal was outstandingly fresh and filling.
