The person checking me out at the register , Wes, was very difficult to speak with. I asked to do split payment and handed him my cash and he thought i said split checks. I then clarified that I meant to pay with cash and card, and he had a very bad attitude afterwards and told me to do better next time. read more

The manager at the gift shop gave me a dirty look, and I also overheard her being sassy with some of the other workers. However, the cashier, whom I believe was named Alice, was amazing and kind. She was quick and easy to work with, efficiently handling my transaction. I will definitely be coming back, but only for the gift shop. I usually love to eat breakfast at Cracker Barrel, but this location was such a disappointment. When done right, the pancakes are delicious BUT the pancakes here tasted old and like they were cooked ahead of time. The same goes for all of the breakfast items (i.e. French toast, sausage and bacon). The eggs were the only item that tasted freshly cooked. I do not recommend! read more

Hooray for Cracker Barrel and their continued support for RVers allowing us to stay overnight in their lot. I arrived after they were closed but in the morning, stopped in for breakfast before beginning my day. Great friendly service, I had eggs and sausage and biscuits. Lots and lots of coffee kept flowing and that made for a good start. Yes, CB now has wifi so I could check in on emails at work. This location has gone downhill quickly in the last few months. Ordered to-go with 6 pancakes, no syrup was included. The biscuits had no gravy with them and drinks were not included with the order originally. I've eaten at Cracker Barrel many time but I have to this may have been the last time. We ordered to go on Thursday and I ordered the $5 take home Country Chicken and Macaroni Cheese. I took it to deer camp to eat for supper tonight. The chicken was ok, but the macaroni and cheese was so bad I had to throw it away. I love their Hashbrown casserole but this dish sucked. I'm getting to the point I can't get good service at CB in Jonesboro had to wait for service 20 minutes when others came in besides us and was waited on right away biscuits were brought out had to eat them on a napkin on table did not ask if we wanted water before our order my order of chicken and dumplings was not the portions that's in the company photos no were close and the store really won't sell Turkey and dressing but only one day a week the waiter acted like we were in her way made me feel very uncomfortable I felt intimidated for being in her space very bad vibes people don't want to work there I feel so they take it out on there customers eat here at your own risk Good Luck I won't go back ! read more

Because I am awesome I took a random coworker here for dinner. We were seated quick. It took over 5 minutes for a waiter to come by. We both ordered the steak. It came out extemely quick. Steak and three vegetables came out quick. Our server was really great! the only downside was that the random coworker didn't buy me a bottle of Moxie that was sold out in the store area. My husband and I had breakfast Saturday morning here. We waited about 15 min for a table which was fine. We were seated at a table with food left all over the floor in the walkway next to us. All employees just walked over the food. I know the wait staff was super busy. Our waitress, Emily N, was absolutely fantastic and she took care of everything we ordered perfectly. A supervisor came in and saw the food on the floor and quickly swept it up. We were very happy with our service, and our food. The condition of the dining rooms was awful. I do not think it has been cleaned in yrs. When you have older things on display, people want to look at them. Everything I looked at was covered in dust (lots of dust). It was everywhere. Cracker Barrel used to be so nice. It really surprised me to see this one so dirty. I hope the owners will see this and get this place cleaned up. They owe it to their customers. read more

Thanksgiving DAY: Ok busy, ordered food "to go." Chicken fried steak, with hash casserole and (apple pie desert + chocolate fudge cake." I ordered by phone at 2:54pm and was told that it would take at least 1 hour to 1.5 hours------ no problem. 410PM, we arrived to pick up food (they ran out of desert that was ordered and switched to pumkin pie.") if I had known that I would have said no desert. I drive 5 minutes down the road back to the hotel to find that the food is cold, dried up, and taste as if it was sitting for a great hour. If the food was ready for pickup sooner than told I'd expect a courtesy call, as I left a phone number upon ordering. The manger Shelby was quick to racially profile me and my friends they sat me and my friends in the back where we asked nicely not to sit in the back. From the moment we walked in the manager had a problem with us although we had just walked in. The waiters and managers were pointing at us for no reason. we received eved our rolls 30 minutes late even tho my friend had asked 3 times for some. My sweet tea was unsweetened. Our Waiter was excellent. Floors weren't clean but again it was around 8pm when we got there. Closing time was posted for 10 pm. Not like the olden days at all. This one didn't but the dining area was full when we arrived. The overall experience was ok. The food taste was consistent with the Cracker Barrel brand we have come to love. It was just off a bit. Country ham looked aged and over cooked, biscuits not as plump and browned, eggs not cooked to order, portion sizes etc. The prices had not gone down to reflect this slippage from the norm so now there is a gap in price and value leading to an overall review of 2 stars. read more

We walked in and we're greeted went to the restroom and came back to be seated and waited and waited a manager said someone will be right with u and no one ever came we shooed around thinking maybe there busy and came back to the hostess and still no one once again the manager said, your still waiting to be seated. We said yes and waited a few more minutes and nothing. So we left and went to Chick-fil-A. Also to mention the restroom smelt so badly like urine. Not clean. I've always loved coming to this establishment. Considering my self a southerner, Cracker Barrel has always been a little taste of home in each bite. But as of today, I'm homeless. Cracker Barrel, today, was weighed and found wanting. The biscuits were dense and lacked their usual airiness, the service attendant acted as if every request was an unreasonably heavy burden for her to carry, and the finished dishes and drinks were left unattended. Haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years. Tried this one today for lunch. The waitress was quick, friendly and available. We ordered the biscuits which came promptly but looked a bit more like rolls. Digging in we found that the silverware sleeve had only a fork and spoon. We made do and buttered them with our forks. (No butter knife with butter and biscuits?) They were crumby not flaky and just ok. The food came soon after we each had one so we moved on. My husband ordered chicken fried steak and he had to ask for a knife. I ordered chicken and dumplings which I do not recommend. The dumplings tasted pasty, one was the size of a baseball. The chicken lacked flavor. Of the three meals I think mine was the only one not enjoyed. Agree with the overall rating, a solid 3-star. read more

Ordered a mobile order on the app. The app said it would be ready at 1:00PM. I walked in at 1:05 to pick it up. I walked up to the pickup station right next to the registers. No sign of my order anywhere. There are several employees here chatting and checking their phone, and not a single one has greeted me yet or said a word to me. I decided to give this store Another chance after my last experience left hair in my food, and well it's still a disappointment. From the moment I ordered till I had my food was 52min ( Ceasar salad, kids chicken tenders, and dumpling adult meal) My biggest gripe was the salad. The salad at the store in West Memphis was tossed for you and delicious ....here, not so much. They gave you dressing and cheese on the side to put on yourself. (Maybe thats how they do it now. Idk it didn't use to be) This is not a big deal except for they gave me 1/2 cup Ceasar dressing but a full cup of ranch. It's not meant for ranch, it's literally a Ceasar salad so give me more of that, not ranch. I couldn't ask for more because the server never came back until it was time to get the check. Don't even get my stated in how the biscuit was too cold to not even melt the butter. If you are craving Cracker Barrel do yourself a favor and drive the 45min to West Memphis instead because this one is NOT good. read more

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Do you like dirty dishes with old food on them? Then come here. I had two sets of dirty silverware, a black bug in my water, a plate with dried something on it, and then a salad bowl with a white substance dried on it. When I told the waitress, she passive aggressively ruined my grits by bringing me less than a 1/2 cup of grits with more than a tablespoon of seasoning salt. Not trust worthy, and filthy. The bathroom was filthy, too. The manager said, "this is not the norm, because look how busy we are." The waitress never really apologised and glared at me, in fact.
