I had the fresco melt and it was absolutely to die for. Love their food. Love their fries! Excellent service! Highly recommend this location!

My first time trying Steak n' Shake! I was impressed with the Western BBQ n' bacon burger! It was very juicy and nicely seasoned. The fries were just okay; they weren't terrible, but also were not the best fries that I've had. I think the food was great and surprisingly very cheap. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating, too! Love this place!

My single bacon burger had a patty the size of a thin piece of sausage. The lady tried to tell me that it was because the cook smashed it too hard . To top off a disappointment of a meal, they no longer have the steakburger seasoning for fries. My burger was smaller than a kids meal burger. Ridiculous! The company is cutting corners at the expense of customer satisfaction.

Meh..... looked much better than it actually was. It was pretty popping when we got there, but the shake was not all it was cracked up to be. It tasted more like sugar in a cup. We sat down to chill for a bit, but they brought us our shakes in to go cups. Our waiter(wish I could remember his name) was nice and friendly, but as for the shake.... it could have been better. The other shakes we got were the Nutella one and the butterfinger one, those were obviously sweet too but better. Overall the 3 stars come from not great shakes, but good service.

they made us use PLASTIC SILVERWARE! I couldn't even cut up my fried eggs!

The last couple times I tried it, they have gotten their food up to par. Guess it just took a while to get people trained.

Inside is really comfortable. *Disclaimer* I live in Dallas....these prices points were great! $20 for a bottle of mimosas. Husband ordered the smoked salmon scrambler and said it was great! I got the recovery plate. Eggs were perfectly scrambled. Bacon was crispy but not too much so and was a nice thick cut. I was really impressed by the hash brown casserole. Awesome flavors in there. I also got a side of oatmeal, thinking it was going to be a little cup, and it was a nice bowl. Brought over half of it back to eat later. Coffees: we orders the lavender love and cafe Leo. We leave tomorrow but I'll go back for that cafe Leo. 100%. All this was great, but what sealed the deal was Michelle. Barista? Check. Bartender? Check. Server? Check. Food runner? Check. Cashier? Check. Friendly as hell? Double check! You can tell there are lots of regulars that come in, she knows their names and what they usually order. And finally, much to our surprise, they have Diplomático Rum. So, obs they know what's the deal. You need a breakfast/brunch/lunch place in Jonesboro, this is the one!

The inside decor was very eclectic with art, paper stars hanging from the ceiling, and mix-matched furniture. It felt very fun. We chose to sit in a booth by the window around 1:00. There was only one other table of patrons when we arrived. It was very cold inside, but it looked clean. I ordered a ham sandwich with chips. My mom ordered a pick two with half BLT and a half cup of chicken and wild rice soup. The wait was slow for some cold sandwiches and premade soup. My sandwich was good but it just tasted like regular deli meat on white sandwich bread. The chips came from a basket with two different types of sun chips, which were not my favorite. My mom's soup did not have any chicken or meat in it, just the broth and lots of beans. It was also very spicy, which unfortunately didn't work with her dietary restriction. She wasn't able to eat much of it. We both got drinks, as well, but never refills. Our waitress didn't come back to check on us. Together the bill was in the mid $30s + tax and a tip. It just felt overpriced for mediocre food and service. Cute place, but I probably won't go back.

The service was great, the booth was comfortable, and the food was okay-- my sprouts were a little too crispy/charred although the sauce on them was great, and my fries were a little too heavily salted. The staff was working very quickly given how full the restaurant was. For context, this was a Friday afternoon on graduation weekend in a college town. I accidentally left my credit card in the sleeve after paying, and had to return to the restaurant later to inquire about it. Again, the staff was excellent. A manager had locked the card away and went to retrieve it for me. Before giving it to me, they asked for my ID to verify that it was my card. I appreciate that level of due diligence.
