We started off in San Francisco and stopped at Vista Point by the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a super clear day and we got great photos by the bay and bridge. Our guide poured us mimosas and we drove off to Sonoma County. He gave us an overview of the day and a little history before each stop! We went to three wineries and an awesome dispensary. All the wineries gave us great tastings along with the history and stories of their proprieties and wines. We also got an amazing lunch halfway through the day. At the dispensary stop, Solful, we got a really informative presentation from the owner where he taught us about the different components of cannabis and the different ways of consuming it. We got a booklet with all the information that we could take home with us. Everyone there was super helpful and I left with a couple bags of chocolates! Overall, this was a day very well spent and I highly recommend it! We met fun people, got to taste great wines, and left with bottles of wine, chocolates and a ton of new information about cannabis.

He originally picked us up in an Escalade but as we departed the first stop switched us to a Sprinter with complimentary Chandon. Brian was great for putting up with our drinking and loud music. After stop two he offered to pick up lunch to eat on our way to the last winery. We trusted he wouldn't let us down and just gave him some cash with enough to feed himself. The food he grabbed was great. Four different entrees and no one was disappointed. Service was fantastic, Brian was great, and we enjoyed talking with him and having a beer after our tour was over. He's a great guy and extremely professional. He even hooked us up with a ride and more Chandon as we ventured out a couple days later to the second half of our trip to SF. The bartender was so nice and offered me samples of just about everything and since I was just stopping in to pick up some bottles to go, that was a welcome offer to help me make my selections! I met some locals who were regulars here at Cuver and they say it's the best beer in the Santa Rosa area. I was very impressed with all of the samples and ended up purchasing a few bottles to-go. The ones I've tried so far have been great and it's always nice to see a brewery who is sticking to tradition. You won't find overly hoppy IPAs here but you'll find amazing barrel aged sours, Belgian ales, and other traditional Belgian brews. If I'm around in the future, I'll definitely stop by CUVER for a longer period of time to enjoy some of their brews in the cool brewery space. They advertise they will "connect you to off-the-beaten path small producers," but the only good thing we can say is that food was tasty - but a poached chicken breast and salad (you provide your own wine) is not worth the cost of the tour when everything else was mediocre or worse. Of our 3 locations - one an add on because we were running far ahead of schedule - we had to pay for the tasting at one winery, we were hassled at another because the tasting fee had not been paid and the third was fine but not enough to make up for the rest. One of the wineries had a major construction project underway, so we were serenaded by jackhammers during our tasting - to be fair, that's a fail by both Bohemian Highway and Mumm. None of the places we visited had ever heard of Bohemian Highway. Uber and Uber Eats wouldn't have been much more inconvenient and a much better value. We gave them specific, honest feedback in person and via their feedback form, but they chose not to respond. Look elsewhere when searching for California wine tour providers.
