I am not a fan of Goat Cheese, so I asked to leave that part off. Even without it, it was beyond delicious! We lucked out and they were not super busy and could work us in with a tasting. Anna was our host and wine guide. We talked wine from Hawley's offerings to everywhere else in the world. We liked Anna and the wine so much that we bought some Future wine as well as a bottle of Pinot Noir to enjoy at dinner later that night. Very exciting to buy "future wine" since I've never done that before. It's their Home Blend Red which is a blend of Zin, Petit Sirah, Cab Franc and Malbec. It's a lovely wine that I thought was very nice when we tasted it ... so pretty excited to see how well it turns out once it is officially released. CHEERS!
