After talking to Jennifer, and…read moredetailing what we were looking for, Jennifer prepared a quote and I had it in hand the next day. She came back out with stain samples. We selected the natural cedar stain, wondering how that would look applied to the yellowish stain currently on the deck and structure. Jennifer's communication skills are excellent. She texted each morning to let us know when she'd be here, or when the weather wouldn't work for staining. She started with a cedar cleaning product which stripped off the discoloration, we had, there were dark areas as well as funky golden patches. After allowing the wood to dry, she returned and painted each piece of wood, each slat on all four sides, getting into the groves to give it a uniform appearance. The wood was soaking up the stain, so she applied two or more coats as needed. I've attached a before and after showing the side of the hot tub enclosure. It looks brand new.

We had an intercom system in every single room of the house and she removed the boxes and repaired the holes and they are indistinguishable from the original drywall. Jennifer's price was fair and included all supplies. She arrived on time every day. I felt she was very trustworthy and we allowed her access to our home when we were not there. She explained what she would do and how she would do it. When she found a problem, she came to us with solutions. We have had Jennifer come back twice now to do additional work and I have a few more items to bring her back.
