On Pistols & Pearls' website, I found a turquoise petal necklace and a tunic that I just had to have. I went through the easy add-to-cart process, entered my payment information and hit 'submit'. Once I was back on the homepage, though, I noticed that they had a '10% off a $50 purchase' coupon code that I didn't have the chance to enter before my order was on the way. Quickly calling the store, I spoke with a super-nice girl who advised me that she'd take the 10% off my final total before shipping the order to me. Sweet! What's even better, is that I received a shipping notice not an hour after I had called the store. And less than two days later, the necklace and tunic were on my doorstep... and were even more beautiful than I had imagined. Talk about quick service! I'm not too far from Midlothian, so a trip there is in the works and I'll definitely stop in to have a look around!

She's friendly and doesn't care to help and make sure you're sized properly and that you get exactly what you want and need. She was kind enough to let me know the nurses week sale was coming and offered to hold my purchases so I could save 25%. I was buying a lot! So I purchased what would get me by and they held the rest. I went back today and picked up my hold. She remembered me and greeted me kindly. Selection is great! They have plenty of brands and colors so you can find what you need and what feels comfortable. When checking out they tossed in some canvas bags in different sizes. I was also reminded of my rewards status and given options if I wanted to use it now or save it for a bigger discount later. Sounds like a pretty good value to me! Great service from friendly people. I'm so glad I happened across this little gem!

Very disappointed in my experience here. I've been wanting to check out this boutique for some time…read morenow and finally got the chance. I went in a few weeks back to do some Christmas shopping. I walked in and there was already another customer in there who was at the counter talking to an employee. I started to browse and noticed I was not greeted at all by anyone. I let that go because maybe they were truly busy with something. Kept browsing around until said customer and employee were wrapping up their conversation and walking towards the door. Customer leaves and I assumed that was when the employee would greet me or apologize or something! No, she walked right by me, went back to the counter to start gossiping to an employee about the customer she was just helping! My jaw dropped and I got out of there immediately. I was truly ready to splurge there but that left the worst taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I didn't fit their standards or what but it was by far the worst customer service I've experienced from a small business. I noticed another comment said pretty much the same thing I went through which says something. Do better Pink Chandelier because you had so many cute things there but with that experience and that kind of mindset, I wouldn't recommend y'all to anyone.
