I offered to have them drive it, or at the very least discuss over the phone, they further refused. They then blamed me for not driving around for a couple hundred miles to guess rpm shift points. Don't waste your time with them. If you need anything they will refuse. And of course, no refunds. Nothing but thieves.

However I thought that was strange and told them I had that done 50,000 miles ago. They did they change! After I paid $1000+ for this rip off!
