When we finally reached a manager, we were offered only ~$120 back, while being charged for multiple visits, diagnostics, and a part that did not fix the problem. At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience--both in terms of the repair outcome and how the situation was handled.

Keep in mind the part was $18 and he was there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the dishwasher, even after I was responsible for ordering the replacement part myself. When the repair still did not work, they agreed to only refund $80 of the $362, despite not resolving the issue. Instead, the only solution they offered was to install a brand-new dishwasher, which was not helpful. I am fine paying some money for their time and I was hoping for a fair solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of accountability when the repair was unsuccessful. I know there are more honest upfront guys out there who are not going to charge you a crazy amount when they can't fix the exact thing you paid them to do. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

After weeks ago our washer broke down and it was too expensive to fix it so we went to a very large…read morecompany in Draper to look at there scratch and dent washers but they were too expensive even for those because we are on a tight budget so a friend recommended we go to the appliance outlet store the owner was very kind and gave us some good information about different brands and we bought a washer and dryer that stack on top of each other and the owner gave us free delivery and a 60 day guarantee unfortunately though right after they delivered it we tried to use it and the washer didn't work so we called the owner and told him the washer wasn't working and he had a repairman come and look at it and the repairmen thought it could be two different things so he came a couple days later with a part he had to see if this would fix the problem but the repairmen realized that wasn't the problem so he ordered the part we need and we are just waiting for him to get it so he can come and fix our washer but it is frustrating because we have been without a washer for 3 weeks now almost 4 and have had to go to the laundry mat to get our laundry done and it is pretty expensive to do that the owner hasn't reached out to try to fix the problem at all so I am very frustrated about the situation but I am glad he is not charging us for the repair at least.

What keeps me coming back, aside from the convenient location right by the freeway exit and fantastic selection, is the help I get here. There are a few gentleman here who have given me some truly invaluable advice through my home improvement journey, advising me through problems, emergencies, and projects just for fun. One of those gentlemen in Mike in hardware. He takes the time to talk to me and understand what I'm trying to accomplish, and he recommends best tools and practices according to his own experience. several times he's even asked me how this or that is doing from a past problem we've solved together. There's another gentleman (I don't remember his name, I'm so sorry!) that helped me when I was purchasing a space heater a couple years ago when my furnace broke. We talked about why I was buying one and he ended up recommending a small business in town with furnace parts, and that small business directed me toward an honest contractor that fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes for no charge. It really saved my hide and my wallet that winter. And honorable mention for Richard at the paint counter, he retired a few years ago, but we worked together several times while I was painting my entire house interior. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service.
