My family had a large party and a long wait, but it was July 4th weekend and we were still able to get seated before last call. It's great that they stay open later (until 11pm) on Fridays and Saturdays when a lot of other places in town are already closed! Inside had plenty of tables and TVs. Our server was also very accommodating when we had additional people arrive and extra orders. We enjoyed some good seafood boil and fried seafood too. I've been coming here for 2 years and have never complained. I get the same seafood boil no variations always great, well until today. My partner and I went for lunch, her food was lukewarm when it came out so we asked for it to be remade.. after that 2 different people came out stating they were managers and stated that due to the complaint we would not be able to dine in moving forward we could only do take out orders. The sauce was 10/10 Portion size was 2/10 ( the legs itself had very little meat, and the portion size on the menu is deceiving. ) Atmosphere was 10/10 Service was 8/10 (took over 10 minutes to get to us) The overall flavor of food was 10/10 Overall I would highly recommend this place! I go here every other month at least and it's always been hit or miss. Sometimes the service is fast, sometimes you wait 30 minutes before being acknowledged by your waitress. Sometimes the boil is delicious and other times it's way over cooked. Really fun interior with cool decor. read more

The order was for two fried shrimp baskets, one half order of scallops in garlic butter - mild, crab rangoons and one half order of fried crab claws. The scallops came out first. Cooked in Cajun seasoning. I ate one hoping it wouldn't be too spicy. It was. Sent back, where I have zero doubt that they were rinsed off, covered in garlic butter and sent back out. They were barely room temperature and still tasted of Cajun seasoning. The crab claws were a mixed lot, some fresh and plump but the majority were atrophied at best and tasting so rotten they were spit out. The shrimp were the only part of the meal that would not have sent Gordon Ramsey into an apoplectic fit. Upon paying the $80+ bill the manager had zero comment on our dissatisfaction, I asked if she was the manager and she confirmed it after I explained how I felt about the meal and the appended suggestions for corrective action. I suggested that the crab claws needed to be disposed of and that the kitchen help to be addressed as to how to handle a misordered app , a misprepared app or the order being served to the wrong table. I wasn't mean since I've worked in food service before, but it was apparent that she simply didn't care. I suppose in the end it's my fault since I did not question the message clearly printed on the menu..."no refunds". It's not like I had purchased a faulty television. Never again. Never. I'll start with the positive. Our server (don't remember her name) was top notch. She was smiling, attentive, and very friendly the entire time we were there. The gumbo was delicious, chunks of meat and vegetables. It was a little on the cool side , not piping hot, but I didn't mind because I was starving and could eat it right away. We were expecting one of those tiny cups of coleslaw but we received a nice sized portion in a small soup bowl. We really liked the slaw. The iced tea was fresh and delicious. This might sound small but we tend to get over brewed tea in many places so this was worth noting. The calamari was terrible. The rings were very thick and chewy, and had a fishy taste. I didn't care for that at all. I ordered the Choose 2 fried baskets with fish and chicken strips. The fish was very thin and crunchy due to the batter. It was hard to tell there was any fish at all. The chicken strips were small. For the price, the portions were very small. I wouldn't order this again. My husband opted for sides instead of ordering a meal. He got a side of small potatoes and corn. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and served in the creole sauce (?) in a bag, but the corn was over cooked and mushy. The price for the boils is quite high in my opinion. You can get seafood in this area for a much lower cost and better quality. I've eaten at many other places like this and there really isn't anything special about it. We are local to the area and prefer other establishments. I do hope they survive though, they just need to do better with their cooking and portion sizes. read more

She must have had more important things to do. The food did come out fast. Too fast... I'm guessing the reason why is that it all sets and is picked like a buffet or something. I got crab legs, shrimp and sausage with the potatoes and corn. Everything was different temperatures. There is no possible way it was boiled. When it was brought out the bag looked huge from what you'd think was from the steam. I opened the bag. There was NO steam. I wouldn't go back to this dump if the food was free. First time as I was visiting Florida and was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. All the personnel inside were friendly and welcoming; the restaurant was clean and well appointed. They specialize in seafood prepared different styles and ordered the gumbo and boiled headless (you have an option) shrimps. The gumbo was excellent that surprised me for a chain restaurant. The shrimp and all the other boiled items are actually cooked in a bag (like cooking Turkey) that comes to your table. Open the top and pour into the metal tray and enjoy! read more

first things first the hostess was extremely rude because I couldn't understand her accent. secondly there was so much pee on the bathroom floor that people were stepping in it and leaving pee tracks all around the restaurant. I informed the hostess and the big Asian girl working to go orders both of them just said "ok". on top of that they have no waiting area for people to sit while they wait to be seated and the hostess told us we couldn't stand inside and wait and that she would call when they had a table ready, she kept saying this to us so that we would leave. I walked around and there was plenty of tables empty just no one cleaning them. the hostess friends came in and she sat them immediatel.
