We sold our small family Condo with Craig's team in Fall 2021. Pros: -The photos they took of the house was amazing and made the house look nicer then it actually looked. -The initial consultation was well put together -The teams goal was to get above 800K during the presentation but after a few weeks on the market Craig mentioned that the market was changing and it might be challenging to get above 800K. We received 2 offers. One for 720k and another for 750k. We asked Craig if he can go back and ask for at least 780k and he successfully was able to get the buyer to come up to meet at 780K - House sold quickly Cons: I did not like to quality of work of his recommended contractors and stagers -Stagers charged 5700K ( we got several quotes that was cheaper but we decided to go with his recommendation). The quality of the staging seemed to be on the lower end and would recommend shopping around for a better rate/stager. -The contractors Craig recommended was a unprofessional and overcharged and it was a headache dealing with them. I spent a lot of time going back and worth with them. My family and I took on a lot of stress with dealing with them but after 2 weeks Craig stepped in to help resolve the issue. we decided not to have them return to fix the house. My recommendation is try to fix as much of the easy fixes yourself and what you can not do, get help but shop around and read reviews. - You will need to pay out of pocket for may of the application fees, inspections, deep cleaning etc ( other argents/firms offered to pay for these cost.
