I've received good service from Craig and Sons. However, I do believe there's been a change of ownership/management.. I liked the package options offered. The technician would send a service appointment confirmation text message a day or two before. Feedback: leave homeowners with some sort of confirmation of service.. ask the tech to check in with the homeowners upon arrival. I understand many homeowners may not be home but maybe a door hanger service date signature. Could even double as a marketing opportunity. Update replace repair payment system. We ultimately chose to part ways for this reason. I auto pay everything. The auto payment was down for six months. I wasn't able to access my online account and I had to call to pay for my bill. When I called to inquire whether this was gonna be resolved, the woman who I spoke to replied with, "I don't know". It was clear that she did not care either because I want to ask her to please take the payment and cancel our service. Her reply was, "OK". No I'm sorry. No let me get back to you with more information. Had there been a little better customer service and a solution for the payment system I'd likely still be a customer. read more

- Ant control - Sprayed perimeter of home and ants returned in three weeks. - Tech came out again and stated he could not spray due to recent treatment and "squirted" some paste in a few areas. - Ants into home by week five in three different places. - Telephonic inquiry with Christine yielded that their service is only good for 30 days - want more protection sign up for one of their plans. - All prior treatments were great with no ants for quite some time. - Either the tech failed to adequately spray the perimeter or the solution is so watered down to prove ineffectual. - Went to Home Depot - obtained a sprayer (what they use) and spray and took care of the problem. - A waste of $200.00. read more

It's been 3.5 weeks since we had the interior and exterior of our house sprayed. Was very pleasantly surprised to find this dead (massive) black widow on the back porch. 3.5 weeks later and I know we are still protected from the bugs and spiders that I detest so very much. Just wanted to post an update to my review. After not getting the help I needed from these folks, I did some research and found that another common way for rodents to enter a house is through the sewer system. Apparently, this company doesn't inspect for or exclude for this type of infestation, because it was never once mentioned to me as a possibility. So for anyone who may be in a similar boat as me, call out a plumber and have them check for leaks in your sewer lines. We had a rubber connector in the crawlspace that had been chewed through, and that's how they were getting in. We are officially pest free now! You would expect a professional pest control company would know to check that. And maybe they did, but just didn't bother to tell me. Either way, that's money I'll never get back. read more

I don't think I can have a rating lower than one star that said these bozos overcharged me while I was out of town. I relied on an unscrupulous real estate agent to provide a competent serviceman Nope not these guys. Overinflated invoice for $925!!!! They did roughly maybe $100-$200 worth of actual work and repairs. The the inspection I'm happy to pay for. I didn't have any termites what they said was I had dry rot damage. They are trying to charge me $925 and they actually replaced maybe aprx $100 worth of materials and labor and I provided the paint ! Oh and they dropped their receipt in my driveway confirming that they paid $70 for the materials but they charged me $925 for the total bill. I don't know about you but I'm not willing to pay 600 and some dollars worth of labor to replace a freaking window sill and a couple boards that they didn't even replace. read more

They sent a kind man named Ismael. He came, inspected, found more nests, and reassured us about not being nervous or scared given we had 6 WASP NESTS on the house (including the front door wreath hanger). He explained that it was the time of the year and gave the owner of the house many options to consider. He spoke kindly and though he had a slight stammer, he was easy to understand and communicated well. After ensuring all windows and doors were closed, he got to work and was quick and thorough. I saw the nests on the ground and felt reassured that it was getting done swiftly and safely. Although we are evaluating our needs to better understand what we can do and how we can do it more effectively, and the end result was amazing. I called on a Thursday and the lady was very helpful and straight forward with service and pricing. They came out to service my home the following Monday, I am very happy with how quickly they were able to come out. The technician sprayed outside and swept for spiderwebs etc. He even removed a small wasp nest that I wasn't aware of. I just need to say what I experienced today, Craig & Sons, Came out to my home today here in Beaumont California, They got here in the morning with their crew they did a lot of work on my house they completely tore off all the fascia board all the way around my house, They replaced all the wood with wood that they painted in my backyard, I was able to stay here and watch them work, I'm a 62-year-old man, Watching those fellas do their job, I was very impressed with their work ethics, when they showed up this morning the young man told me and showed me exactly what they were going to do to the house. I sat out front in the front yard watching them work as fast as they went around my house to take the fascia board off was just simply incredible. Talk about teamwork when it came to putting the new fascia boards back up on the house, I went out to the backyard to watch them back there, The transformation from my old beat up fascia board to what they put up has made my house look incredible. I'm a fellow woodworker myself I have a wood shop and I know good work when I see it, With the guys just making sure every corner from one board to the next making sure everything was plum and perfect they did a phenomenal job, I came around to the front sat on the front porch, I watched the gentleman more or less rebuild the threshold from going from the outside of the house into the house, He was definitely a "Master" at his Craft. I just had a very good experience overall watching these guys work. This is my first review on Yelp, And I just want to tell the world that you can't go wrong with Craig & Sons, I did have termites at my house, They had a tent put on for a couple of nights told me everything that was going to happen upon ending of that tenting job, Everything was done so nice. AVOID this termite company!! They are unprofessionals that do not do their work properly. I mistakenly hired them for termite repair when selling my house and these thieves charged me $900 worth of pesticide when they hardly sprayed anything. The termites were still there when I left the house & they forgot to charge the escrow company before closing and they were after me for those $900 three months later for a job they never actually finished.
