I called Javier when I suspected we had a termite problem stemming from my primary bathroom. We noticed some swarmers and he was able to make time for us that SAME DAY to do an inspection. As soon as he left my husband text me saying "I like this guy!", and for me, that told me that we were working with someone who is upfront, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I called this company several months ago and all went well.Today, however I dealt with Gloria yelling over the phone and sending me text messages claiming I'm a user (not sure what she meant). Super unprofessional...For four days she didn't give me any information about a technician coming to my house and got upset when I bought my own product. One of the amazing technicians explained that what we had bought worked and didn't necessarily need the spray today. She's money hungry and was only upset because I didn't need her business after all. She yelled saying that she took her time fitting me in the schedule and sending someone over. By the way, the technician wasn't even upset about going. Anyway, won't do business with HER again because apparently I'm "blocked" lol. read more

I have had this service for 5 months and I couldn't be happier! I talked with Gloria and she sent of Herman, my new home was infested with brown widows! He is super respectful and listens each time to what I my concerns are. He carefully checks for webs and spider eggs and makes sure it's all clear. I'm writing this review with gratitude and thanks to Javier, the owner of On-call Termite & Pest Control, and Gloria, who works for this company and helped me coordinate an emergency, after hours, Sunday evening pest treatment a few days ago. I found droves of ants in my kitchen very suddenly on Sunday afternoon, and after a discouraging conversation with my leasing office, who explained that their pest control company would not come out to our apartment complex on Sundays, I became desperate. On-call was immediately available and attentive to my needs. Gloria kept in great touch with me while she helped find me somebody who could come out to look at my apartment. Javier, the owner, ended up being the person who arrived at my door, and I could not have been more grateful for his help. He was very informative and effective. He was also very quick. I think the price I was given for my needs was incredibly reasonable, especially given that it was a Sunday evening without notice that this company came to help me. The icing on the cake? Less than 24 hours later I was completely ant-free. I will be referring Javier and On-Call Termite & Pest Control to everybody, and I highly recommend them to you. Amazing! Incredible service. I really had an amazing experience with Javier and Gloria. Gloria was incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone with scheduling the inspection as well as afterwards. I needed my inspection papers for a real estate transaction - inspection was Saturday, I called Sunday to ask about the status (she answered!) and got the report Monday morning. Incredible service. I also really enjoyed Javier. Very personable, friendly, and enjoyed chatting with him. He did a quick and thorough inspection on the property and even took down a hornets nest for me for free!
