He explained exactly what he would do, completed the outside and the inside of the house and let me know that if there were any issues within 30 days of the service he would come back out and spray again. Editing to add: I stated that I had tried a natural insecticide (wondercide) and also ortho bug b gone but that they hadn't worked, for context. Obviously professional treatment is the next step and why people reach out to such businesses. We have a new house and we've been here about 3 1/2 years. My husband recently cleaned our shower drains... not sure if that's a thing or not. A few days later we saw 2 roaches in our garage. Then, to our dismay, we found two INSIDE our house!? Ekk!! I was majorly grossed out. One was inside by our garage door and one was in one of our rarely used bathrooms. I was extra grossed out, like I couldn't think of anything else but to scrub, scrub, scrub. I asked my neighbors for recommendations as I also started looking for pest control company's on Yelp. There was an overwhelming response to try Humberto from people who have used his services. I contacted Humberto through Yelp and he responded quickly. I let him know what we were looking for and he let me know when he was available, which was thankfully, only a few days away. I gave him some basic info via text. As a courtesy, he sent me a text the day before confirming his service. He came within the 2 hour window he gave us. He took some webs off the outside of our house and sprayed outside. He also mentioned we had lots of ants on our retaining wall and he sprayed there as well. Then he asked if we wanted the inside sprayed and we said yes. He put on shoe booties and sprayed inside on the baseboards, kitchen area and bathrooms. I asked why he thought we would randomly have a roach inside? After his explanation he also mentioned we may or may not have increased activity for a few days because of the spraying... That part was not cool. We sure did have increased activity with 3-4 small spiders (that's a lot for me) and I saw a beetle or something in another bathroom. Not sure if that's from my husband and all of his projects in and out of the house or remnants of the spraying. The initial service was $120 and Humberto will start coming out bi-monthly for $80. I hope the issue goes away because I wholeheartedly dislike bugs, especially inside my clean home! I like the peace of mind knowing the little bugs are getting the message they are not welcome inside. Overall, Humberto was on time and professional. At first meeting, he seemed like a nice person and was efficient even though he wasn't rushing. He appeared to do his job well and we're glad he's our "bug sprayer" as my girls called him. This man is very helpful, to say the least, and he has educated me immensely with our rodent problem and I feel so relieved that we have been doing the right things ourselves to get rid of them, but Humberto, from the phone, found our entry point for us and he didn't even charge us anything. He also mentioned a couple of other things that we need to do, like keep garage doors sealed and the ones leading into the house, keep it closed at all times, something that we have not been doing. I met Humberto about 2 years ago when I was driving through the neighborhood and noticed him servicing a residence. He was so meticulous and caring like it was his own house, I stopped and chatted with him. He was professional, personable, and I could immediately tell he was a genuinely good and honest person. He met me at my house and gave me quote, which was less than what I was already paying and he offered more with his service. I hired him and called the chain company to put the service on hold.
