I've got nothing but positive feedback. We sent out a general Yelp quote request for two hornet's nests on our second story home. We received a couple of initial inquiries rather quickly and was about to go with the guy who said he could do it for $200. Long and behold, just when we were about to finalize the service, we heard back from Monks. Not only did he offer a WAY better quote, but he offered to get the job done the next day. I found this company based on the good reviews on Yelp and was so glad with the choice. The owner Tony and his wife came to my house before the appointment time. We had ants issues for a while. We have tried everything we could, but they still came out from different places in the house. Tony explained in detail what he was going to do and spray the chemicals around my house. His price was reasonable and he was willing to come back in 30 days if we still had problems. We did call him again in two weeks because we still had a few ants coming out. He came and explained that he would use different chemicals the second time so the ants won't build up resistance. It completely resolved the issues!
