When we arrived we signed in and they were ready for us very quickly. They brought us in back and we went through the usual routine of having their eye checked in various ways and photographed. Once every dilated it was a short wait till we got into the actual doctor's office. We were seeing their regular doctor which is nice because he is very familiar with their eyes as they've been caring for them for quite a few years now. The examination went very well and after discussion with the doctor we have a clear path moving forward once again. If you have a retina problem and need care I definitely recommend this company. We have had extremely good luck with several of the doctors here. They also have several locations around the Orlando area.

The manager helped me after the original employee billed my insurance and credit card to another patient. That was the beginning of the first mistake. When my glasses finally came in the first time we realized that the same employee did not measure me correctly for my progressive lens. They remade my glasses however, the glasses still did not work. During this time, the manager assured me she was crediting my account for the full amount. I would not have to pay anything and on top of that she was giving me a credit on my account for future purchases. It took about two months for me to finally get glasses that worked. There were a lot of delays. This all started in January and today I received a bill. Upon investigating the bill, it was told that it was for some sort of protection plan that I absolutely did not ask for on these glasses nor I ever would have. There was no apologies from the billing office and she did not want to assist me at all. She told me she would put a hold on the account and wait for the manager to possibly contact them. But I would probably get another bill next month. There was nothing but chaos on the day that I chose my glasses in January. So many people walking around. It is very hard to know when it is your turn to be helped. My husband and I have used my eye doctor for many years. Needless to say we are done, will be finding someone else next year.
