My doctor, now Dr. Claiboine, Kyle and the staff are still awesome! They are very thorough here and offer absolutely no pressure add ons if you want them. This time around, I added the digital retina scans because I experienced sudden floaters recently. Dr. Claiboine reviewed the images with me in detail and at this time, it is not something I need to worry about which brought me much comfort. We did my usual contact lens and glasses exam. After getting the trial contacts in, you are free to leave or you can check out the wide array of glasses they have to offer. Otherwise, you can get a copy of the prescription to buy it elsewhere. Either way, I like that there are no high pressure sales tactics.

We liked the male doctor. He was professional and great with kids. But the super star at the clinic is Mohammad in the glasses section. My husband ordered sunglasses and the lenses were a shade too light. He didn't want to cause any issues so he just kept it. Mohammad was helping another customer during this pick up time. He noticed that my husband didn't like the lenses but we left with the sunglasses anyways. 1 week later my husband got a call telling him to come back to the clinic because Mohammad ordered the darker lenses and said he could swap them out free of charge. The lady was so nice, her name is Miss Cohen she is one of the optometrist here at the eye place. I had my eyes checked and my eyes actually went from an eight to a six; which I guess is an improvement from my current standards. I picked out three pairs of glasses. One for work, one for play, and a new pair of sunglasses. I've never heard of the Costa brand of sunglasses - what I really liked is one of the male eye employees told me that the nose pads get sticky when you sweat so they don't slip off your face which I loved because I work outside currently.
