This location stands out from the other locations for example the Cheyenne location the conversations among employees overheard by the customer is disturbing. The Cheyenne store is dirty and Looks junkie. I drive to Craig location to (Avoid the Cheyenne staff being surrounded by that unprofessional atmosphere. As we were in the store, the worker approached my four-year-old granddaughter and said, Hey girlfriend, I need your bag. I corrected the employee, stating that she was not her girlfriend and should not have taken something from her hands without permission. I advised the employee to address a parent or guardian when interacting with a child. Despite my feedback, the employee chose to argue with me. I instructed my family to put back any items they had selected, as the customer service was subpar. I will not return to this store due to the inadequate training of associates. The employee who took the bag from my granddaughter had a red nose . I understand the store has a policy about outside bags being left at the service desk. However, please refrain from taking anything or approaching a small child. Please.
