When it benefits him. I noticed sign after sign spend $100 receive $20 so I went to a store and purchased a few items for my child. I asked the store associate about the flyer they had on the counter and the promotion enticed me so I spent the 100$ went to the concierge and the girl could not help me so she called Tyler she said he was the manager. And when he showed up he was very rude failed to make the contact with me looked completely lost and did not care. I asked if I could speak to a manager someone who is legitimately a manager. Because the girl lied about him being one and he was a manager at his own leisure. He said he could get one on the phone so I said please do I would like to speak to one. He said not I'm not going to do that. Then why would you offer to call one. He kept looking at us with a disgusting face I asked if he could right hi name down on the card from town square I had and he did not want to write his name down. He did not want to help us out because of the false and misleading information. The said the promotion was for Sephora only but none of the signs in front of the sheik store said for Sephora not did the huge sign. Truly feel like a victim they treated poorly for someone who is at town square almost every weekend. Not sure when I'll be back. He looked at my brown skin like he was disgusted racism is alive today and I can assure you it hurts. If anyone ever needs any kind of assistance or help do not rely or count on concierge especially Tyler.

There's definitely something for everyone, and I loved seeing how many unique and fun shops they have. The only downside is that the layout can be a little confusing at first because of how large the center is, so it can take some time to figure out where everything is. One thing I would recommend is checking the event calendar before coming, especially if you're bringing kids. We originally planned our visit because we saw on social media that there were supposed to be fun, free activities and events for kids on the weekends. Unfortunately, when we went today, there weren't any events happening. So, just a heads-up: events aren't necessarily happening every weekend, even if you see older social media posts advertising them. Overall, though, The Wall is definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. There are tons of stores, plenty of cute shops for kids, affordable options, upscale shopping, and pretty much anything and everything in between. Just check the event calendar ahead of time and give yourself plenty of time to explore!

We parked in the parking garage across from Macy's. (Hubby has a hard time when it comes to parallel parking. Being from the Bay Area, that's a way of life for us!) Checked out the following stores: Lush, the Lego store, Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstrom Rack, & Rack Room Shoes. It is a walking-centered shopping center, but some drivers are not letting peds walk in the designated crosswalks. Shame. (In Cali, if you don't give right of way to the peds, you get a ticket!) The shade is nice. So it wasn't so bad. We definitely got a lot of steps in. We also walked to the water feature, that we remember our son being obssessed with, when he was a wee one.

I did come across a few clothing stores I genuinely enjoyed, which isn't always easy to find. The landscaping is beautifully done. The greenery, open spaces, and overall layout give it a polished, inviting feel. It's clearly been designed to create an experience, not just a place to shop. The information booth is well positioned and generally helpful, although I was surprised they couldn't direct me to something as simple as a fresh green drink. I later found what I was looking for at True Food Kitchen, which seems like a fairly obvious recommendation in a center like this. My one real issue is the sheer size of the property. It's expansive... more of a campus than a traditional shopping center. What starts off as a pleasant stroll can quickly turn into a long trek, especially if you're not prepared. Comfortable shoes are not optional here. By the end of it, I found myself more tired than I expected. It's a beautiful place, but the scale can work against you if you're trying to cover a lot of ground in one visit.

There is a stage at the back for live music too. For me, though, that alone is not enough of a draw to make this worth seeing. The stores are sort of lame and lack any real personality. The food and bar venues also lack any real personality and so there isn't anything of a destination here that would make anyone want to come back. It's unique and has a lot of potential, but for me, there just isn't anything I'm going to come back for. There's a pretty cool park in the middle for kids to play. That might be a draw for some families in the area looking to keep their kids entertained. On a Saturday night there weren't all that many people here when it should have been booming. I just think if better quality stores offered more unique items and some really solid food venues moved it, it might be more of a fun night out.
