I stopped in because I thought a tire pressure sensor was out. It was- and another one for good measure. They did the work right then & there plus an oil change & tire rotation. Both of the last two I asked for since I was already off from work & was there. I love the free tires rotation since I got my tires from them. I've been going to this store for about 4 years- Excellent service each & every time! They've even given me a ride home when a wrong part was sent to them & dropped my serviced car off at my house. TLDR:Tire discounters wrecked my car and still charged me full price for tires. Tire Discounters crashed my car on January 25 and did $4500 worth of damage. They tried to have me pay out of pocket for a rental car to be reimbursed at a later date and only paid upfront after I insisted. Enterprise had numerous problems with them paying the full amount until I spoke to the regional manager of Tire Discounters. Emails to the corporate customer service representative went unanswered. Neither Tire Discounters nor their insurance communicated with my body shop until February 10. They only got in contact with the body shop after I repeatedly called the store, regional manager, and the insurance company. I was without my car until February 21, almost a month later. I will be going elsewhere for future car needs. read more

Better customer service on what you sell . I spent over 700 dollars plus road hazard for unbalanced tires. I understand I came in at 430 on a Friday and asked if I could schedule it to be repaired and it seemed i upset the gentleman that waited on me . They let me just leave without fixing it or offering a resolution. I'll take it to Lexington with my receipt to someone that wants take the time and at least make an effort! read more

Went in after calling in AM as had a slight vibration in front drivers side at 73MPH and above. Been in a bunch of mud in Colorado and despite numerous power washings they found mud in the tires, (get a little mud on the tires) Brad Paisley. Well took the mud out and balanced the tires, in and out in 45 min with a small charge for time. Awesome service and super friendly people. Got truck back ad at 85 no shimmy or shake. It is hard to earn a 5 star from me. However this crew earned it! We were traveling and had a low tire light. Closing time was 6 pm and we arrived there at 5:45. They gladly welcomed us to pull into the bay and get our tire checked. No leaks just low on air. They did not charge us. We had this awesome experience after being turned down by another tire dealer that was closer to the interstate! Best advice is drive the extra mile down the road to Tire Discounters!! read more

I have used Tire Discounters on several occasions and have always been very satisfied. This week's visit proved their value. I went in with 45 minutes until closing time, and asked if they could take care of my tire leak that we had been pumping up for several days. They were backed up very busy but asked if I was a repeat customer as they checked my record in the computer. I had bought a set of tires there last year for another vehicle and had some family tire repairs there as well. They said if I was patient they could get it done but it would probably be after closing when done. No problem. They quickly found a 3/8" X 3" screw hidden through the tread and repaired. They finished 20 minutes after closing. When I asked the charges, the manager said "no charge - you don't owe us anything"! I offered again to pay and he said no-thanks, just come again. I definitely will and advise others to as well. Well done. read more

I have went to Tire Discounters since moving to Winchester in 2012 and have been very pleased with the service. I was surprised to see that they do much more than tires. I not only purchased three sets of tires for both mine and my son's car but have had my brakes, battery and other routine work done on my cars. They now have an A/C technician and do repairs. Worse experience here ever!! Will not be returning to this business for any more tires. First told they weren't busy. 3 hrs later we got our vehicle. Tech outside pulled pants down and was saying my husband was looking at his a** then another one said I will tell you what he did to me last night. Manager didn't even apologize for it. This is an updated review, as I've visited this location in the past and received decent service. This time was much improved for several reasons. Foremost, the General Manager, Joe Robinson is awesome. I was shopping for two more sets of tires for two other vehicles I own and Joe put in extra work to make sure I got the absolute best price. I really wanted to do business with TD, because they're local and always have a "can do" attitude. Anyway, Joe BEAT THE PRICE of a nearby competitor and saved me a ton of cash. I know the job will be done right too, and the free rotations and balances are always great and key to proper tire wear. If you're shopping for tires, go here and ask for Joe. Horrible service!!!! Made an appointment in an hour and a half they didn't touch my vehicle. It wasn't busy and mechanics we're just standing around. The man at the desk went out at least 3 times trying to talk one of the mechanics to rotate the tires, but no one would touch it, and that is where I bought my tires from when I bought my vehicle read more

I had tires put on my truck over $1000. Come to find out after driving my truck for a few weeks that they didn't balance them which caused a vibration in the truck. I went there on a Saturday to have them balanced. I've been sitting here for 2.5 hours now waiting for them to finish the job they should have done the first time. My show car had a nail in the tire. I explained how protective of the car I am and please respect the car. The rims are dipped and they DIDN'T tell me the tire machine would damage my rim! If they had told me I would have said NO thanks and left. Joel the manager says that would happenAt any tire store! I called several places and they all say that the machine they have could do it without damage or scarring! Joel wants to give me a can of spray to fix the cars rim! Nope!! Not happening! So I don't recommend tire discounters! If you want to feel disrespected and have shoddy work done with piss poor management then this is the place to go!! read more
