I had another company give me a second opinion and they said nothing needed to be done to the unit. When I confronted them about it, the manager said, we're a business and have overhead. Those are suggested repairs. So that's when I learned that all these quotes for repairs were like a restaurant suggesting an expensive appetizer except telling me the refrigerant was low and needed to find a leak. It's not true and seems criminal to me. They serviced my unit last week and didn't even change the filters. The second company was angry with them after checking everything out. Run from Franklin.

Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman.
