This man worked diligently on my truck until all leaks and hoses were identified and repaired or replaced. He even tied up a few loose ends he discovered while under my truck as well. This man and company will continue to get my business if needed when I'm in the area! Giving up is not in Shane's vocabulary! They're reasonable fair and provide great service!

A coworker of mine contacted this mechanic to replace a serpentine belt on a Hino box truck after being assured this was a repair he was experienced in handling. The part was purchased separately for approximately $180, and the estimated repair time given was no more than 3 hours. Unfortunately, the repair ended up taking over 5 hours, and during the process my coworker found himself assisting and helping guide portions of the installation. Despite the delays and lack of efficiency, the final labor bill still totaled nearly $1,000 -- not including the cost of the part. Unexpected complications can happen with commercial vehicles, and most business owners understand that. However, professionalism, transparency, and fair pricing matter, especially when dealing with working trucks and downtime that directly impacts income. I would strongly encourage future customers to request written estimates upfront and confirm specific experience with Hino box trucks before agreeing to repairs.
