My mom has cancer and lost most of her hair from chemo, but was about to go into a major surgery the very next day so we wanted to go and look at options. To begin, I felt like their options were very limited. Most all of their wigs need to be ordered to even see in person it seems, even in common colors. My mom found a wig she thought was ok but it wasn't in the color she wanted. From there, I feel she was pressured to make a decision. To even see the wig in person you need to place an order. She went ahead and placed the order with the daughter/front desk girl and paid for it upfront. They said the option was to pay for 1/2 upfront or in full. Little did we know my mom would be in the hospital for the next month after this due to surgery complications. The mother & daughter that run this wig shop were very hard to get in touch with when I asked if we could get a refund because my mom was still in the hospital, from there it escalated to straight up rudeness and bad business. Nowhere online or in-store does it say these policies. We were forced to pay a 25% restocking fee on a $3000 wig we never even laid eyes on. There are plenty of other wig shops online and around that do not have such terrible policies. Especially a place that claims to be there for cancer patients. I personally feel that the business takes advantage of people and would never go back there.

Cookie helped me pick a beautiful wig with perfect color that closely matched my own color. Sadly, I trusted my own hairdresser to style it and was frustrated with how it looked. I was going to give the default four stars for a good business, but Barbi insisted on five, I think partly because it's one of her faves for me to take her to, and partly because of the name, since she's obsessed with Dolly f***ing Parton. If you'll Parton my French. Located at the Salon Park are lots of other good businesses, but many have come and gone from here and some still exist and operate within the Park, and it's a great little concept where you can take a small amount of rent money and operate a salon inside a major collection of salons. It's a bit like Salons by JC which is a similar concept. But then they do a great job operating it and I'm sure they make pretty good money from it too. Sadly there are businesses here that have closed up and shuttered and moved out, as well as some other stuff that clings to life and does just enough business to survive. It's important that you give them your business because so many have already packed up and gone.

Came here at the recommendation of a friend and was very pleased with the selection and the service. The woman that helped me was incredibly nice and was able to color match me for the correct color clip in and show me a couple of different styles. The clip in is high end and made of real hair so it can be styled and washed. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for quality wigs, extensions or clip ins. I took the bangs to my hair cut later in the week hoping my regular stylist could cut them for me but she was a little out of her depth with clip ins so I called Mari Ari and was able to make an appointment with one of their stylists. I brought them back in the next day and they did a great job styling them. So excited to have a bang option without the permanent commitment.

I spent over two hours here only to walk out with the exact same hair color I had when I arrived. I…read morecame in with red hair and asked for a beige blonde with lighter blonde highlights. After all that time, there was virtually no visible change whatsoever. To their credit, they did comp the service, but when they emailed my receipt I noticed they had added about $70 in charges beyond the price I was originally quoted when I booked--some of which were for treatments I never even received. They also charge extra just to shampoo your hair, which I found surprising. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. If you're looking for a noticeable color transformation, I'd recommend going somewhere with more experience and transparent pricing.
