This is the most unprofessional shit I've ever encountered, I paid for 2 lose wave bundles and a 13x4 lose wave frontal. I left the frontal with Jada mom for them all to work on it and bleach the knots so it wouldn't be time consuming the next day of my appointment. I had a whole photo shoot for my birthday scheduled and already paid for at 5:00pm. My hair appointment was scheduled for 1pm the same day as my photo shoot because when purchasing the hair in person, her mom explained that she moves really fast and would only take a hour in half to install the hair. Long story short they didn't start installing the hair until after 3:30pm she didn't finish my hair until almost 6pm which resulted into me having to reschedule my whole photoshoot. Another thing that I didn't like was that you have to go buy your own cap. I know it's only a dollar but these are things you should already have and be included with what I'm paying you to do my hair. Second instead of them blowing the frontal themselves they brought me the frontal to blow dry I'm just really sitting there thinking to myself WHY THE FUCK am I paying you to do my hair if you're going to make me do things that you as a "stylist" should be doing. I didn't notice the difference in the textures until I wet the hair to wear it in its natural state and my mom plus others told me I had 2 different textures in my head. This hair stinks extremely bad it smells like beauty supply hair and for me to only have this hair in my head for 3 days, it's beyond nappy. I texted the phone number on the website and explained the situation and no one ever responded back. This shit is beyond disappointing words can't even explain how pissed I am. I used to work for this company as a customer service representative and head of marketing and let me warn you before you shop with this company. They fraudulently got good reviews by offering massive discounts if they received 5 star reviews which I have reported as fraud to The Better Business Bureau of Texas. They receive so many disputes from angry customers because their products are very low quality, I would have to beg customers not to change their reviews to bad reviews. They also committed insurance fraud while I worked for them. They don't pay their employees properly and exploit young women for free work. Nothing is ran by the books. I regret this now because the owners are very irresponsible and genuinely do not care about their customers, they knowingly sell poor quality hair that they get for a fraction of the cost from China. They constantly make clients wait hours for appointments and lack any type of professionalism. They also committed insurance fraud while I worked for them. Save your money and shop at some better boutiques around Houston that are actually properly ran businesses. I know this review is overdue, but I had to come back and leave one because my experience at The Snooty Boutique was amazing. I was visiting Houston and stopped by the boutique looking for something cute to wear. The owner was an absolute sweetheart from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, patient, and really helped me put looks together. She didn't just try to sell me anything--she listened to what I liked and helped me find outfits that fit my style. I ended up buying one outfit, and at the time they were running a promotion where if you purchased an item and left a review, you received two free items. So I left with THREE outfits total, which was such a nice bonus! I meant to leave this review weeks ago because I wanted to post pictures after wearing my outfit out, but life got in the way. Even without the pictures, I couldn't let more time pass without showing some love. The customer service was top tier, the selection was great, and the owner made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. Honestly, I had such a great experience getting my hair done here. Even though I've worked at the top Hair boutiques in Houston and have a lot of experience in the hair business, This was my first time getting my frontal install, (For the Miss Houston pageant). I trusted this business because of there professional appearance and reviews. Luckily for me, it was one of the best choices I've ever made!!! The shop is so nice and clean! The vibe in the dryer room was so spa like with drinks, I had a great conversation with the stylist the entire time I didn't even check my phone once! This was my first experience with Snooty hair and I was very anxious to see what the outcome was like. After making it to my appointment the team made me feel very comfortable and the shop was very professional. I just recently cut my hair very short and I was still able to receive a sew in. Once the braiding was complete the actually sewing took no time. Overall I really enjoyed my experience there, my lace closure gave the illusion of a frontal and I will definitely be coming back for touch ups in the near future. read more
