He listened to what I said was happening. He attempted to jump it after hearing it try to turn over. No luck. He loaded up my van and we headed to my house. He placed it where I asked. I did saw him on the phone; after he hangs up he walked back and asked that if I wanted to get my truck tow. I did let him tow my truck cause I already waited for 1 hour. The way he was acting, I can bet on anything he was under the influence.... i really hope my review doesn't get filter so people can know about that idiot. So far lady on the phone was polite respectful. I will be calling until they do something about it. Oh this guy did not drop his cigarette for a second. Second had smoke was killing me. Beware of price gouging…read more My father was in a wreck and taken by ambulance to the hospital. The police called this tow company for him. Because he was injured and had to deal with medications and another vehicle the next day, he couldn't get to the tow yard until the following day. I live out of town, so I called and offered to pay over the phone to get his truck released so storage fees wouldn't keep adding up. They refused and insisted he had to come in person to sign. By the time we were able to pay, they charged $625 for a 3-mile tow and one day of storage, plus another $111 to move the truck to another location, bringing the total to over $730 for about 10 miles of towing. My father lives on Social Security and had just been in an accident. We hoped they would show a little understanding, but they did not. In my opinion, these charges were excessive.
