The way he was acting, I can bet on anything he was under the influence.... i really hope my review doesn't get filter so people can know about that idiot. Since our son was towing a trailer towing the rig to the shop was problematic but since no other Amarillo towing service stepped up to the plate Colton did. He figured out how to tow the rig to the Dean shop. He got on the search for a new fuel pump immediately the next day and located a unit 2 hours away. Long story short we were back on the road just past 3:00. The pump was physically located between the top of the fuel tank and the truck bed. So they had to drop the fuel tank in order to reach and replace the fuel pump. Colton was AMAZING. Everything he did was focused on successfully getting us back in the road. He provided totally focused customer service. GREAT JOB COLTON!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE DUDE!!!

Our boost wasn't working and Colton immediately looked at the exhaust system. It had holes in the system and he pulled the damaged pieces out-had them rebuilt and put the new ones in. When we started it up, he found another air leak in the gasket around the hydraulics and ordered that for us when he couldn't find one in Amarillo. After two days, it came in and we were back on the road..no delays, excellent attitude and the charges were definitely reasonable. We rarely find a diesel mechanic with this much skill and drive. They were 15 minutes until closing and helped us out anyway. Turns out one of the break pads had come loose. Thank G we didn't travel but a couple miles with it that way. The 2 gentlemen there had pads in stock for our rig and replaced it right away. Charged us a very fair price!! I can't say enough about how lucky we were to have been given this place to go to. My Windshield trim on the passenger side came loose while on a trip to Colorado. I was able to…read morestabilize the trim that was flapping in the wind with a bungy cord until I could acquire some duct tape that did the job. I bought this RV from a guy who had the windshield replaced by Rodfathers just before I bought it in April 2023. Since the trim was adhered to the body of the RV by Rodfathers after they replaced the windshield. After returning from Colorado, I took my RV to Rodfathers to have them to reattach the piece of trim on the passenger side in the same manner as the trim on the drivers side was attached. I was told that the warranty was not transferrable from one owner to the next and that it did not apply to me since the previous owner was the one that had the windshield replaced. The warranty should apply to the vehicle not the owner, unless they use this to get out of standing behind their workmanship. From the day the windshield was replaced to the day that the trim came loose was 90 days exactly. Any repair service that cannot stand behind their workmanship for 90 days is not a repair facility that I care to do any business with in the future. I related to them that I would not use them for any future repairs or services. I also will not recommend them to others for repair or services. Bill D.

By law you have to discuss with the owner of the vehicle (ME) before you order any parts. They charged 9 hours of labor and had the unmitigated audacity to say, they could've charged for more labor. Also, their UNDER EXPERIENCED mechanic did a force regen and the actual def was leaking due to HIS NEGLIGENCE of not tightening up a bolt. Save yourself the irritation and go to the dealership. These people are liars, theives, and con artists. They will rob you with no gun. Response: You all are trying to cover your butts. My truck was NOT in derate. I drove it in. I even complained to Bobby that he should've informed me about those parts. Stop lying and take accountability for your screwed up actions. And an apology does NOT NEGATE NEGLIGENCE.
