I dropped my car off on a Thursday and was told it would be a 3-day repair. I specifically asked to be notified immediately if any additional damage was found under the bumper. Friday came and I heard nothing, so I called, only to be sent straight to a bot and told to leave a voicemail. I called multiple times that day and again on Saturday with no response. By Monday, after calling four more times and leaving voicemails for a call back, and still getting no answer, I finally reached out to corporate. Only then did I receive a call back, where I was told my repair was delayed because the technician injured his finger, and that my car would now be ready Wednesday. I was also told I would receive a call Wednesday afternoon with a pickup time. Wednesday came and went, and I didn't receive a call until 30 minutes before closing, making it impossible to pick up my car until Thursday. What was supposed to be a 3-day repair turned into nearly a full week. I paid out of pocket (no insurance), and it felt like there was no sense of urgency or respect for my time. Started out ok with Elaine. She was very efficient when I brought my car in for an estimate. We had been emailing to coordinate with my insurance company and then she stopped responding so I called in. Spoke to a guy who seemed completely out of it - couldn't find my claim number, name or phone number even though I had provided everything to Elaine on a written I take form and via email. I was so frustrated as I was trying to schedule a day to bring in my car for repairs. Well - not sure what happened but we got disconnected. Cannot trust this body shop: I took my car in and received a $2000 preliminary estimate. Associate never mentioned that the electronics were located in the bumper area to be fixed or that those electronics REQUIRE replacement when impacted. Toyota Camry is a very common model so this was predictable based on the repair spot. 7 hours later, the estimate was revised to $5600! If the associate would have even mentioned more than $3000, I would never have left my car at their shop. My advice is to go somewhere else. The shop will say and do anything to get your work. Once they have your car it will take forever for them to fix. If they don't misplace your repair parts like they did ours. They might even place the wrong parts on your car and delay your return so they can once again replace the part. The delay in repairing our car caused an overage on our rental car that the shop agreed to pay. It has been almost a month and all I get is a run around from the shop manager. When you call corperate you can never talk to a live person. read more

Crash Champions are great! They easily fixed scratches on my front bumper and mirrors and it looks brand new! I had the pleasure of working with Crash Champions prior to the name change from Fender Mender. My car was struck while parked and I had damage to the rear quarter panel and bumper, but it sustained no structural damage. I did some homework to find the most reputable shop who would correctly repair my vehicle, as I wanted the repair to be as close to factory as possible, naturally. After learning more about the specific repair I would need in this case, I called around to some nearby shops and discovered that some of them were very short with me, and some told me to speak with the insurance company prior to even discussing the repair with me or giving me a simple estimate. I finally found my way to Fender Mender (Crash Champions), and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. They answered all the questions I had pertaining to the repair itself. They informed me that European cars like mine require the painting to be done from the damaged quarter panel, up over the roof, and to the other side of the vehicle, as it is all made from one body part. I was relieved to hear this, as other shops told me that they would "cut" the roof to only repair the damaged quarter panel, and that over time this cut could lead to water intrusions to the base coat or body panel and cause rusting. With this confidence, I opted to have my car repaired with Crash Champions. I was assisted by Lisa, Donna, and Robert, who were extremely understanding and helpful. They even went so far as to give me multiple uber rides to and from the rental pickup, and even coordinated the rental dropoff to the airport as I had to travel prior to the repair being finished. Upon return from my trip, they ordered me another uber from the airport to the shop to pick up my vehicle. The vehicle was cleanly repaired, and there was no remaining damage. I couldn't even tell that it happened. They even repaired the damaged windshield that sometimes occurs when removing prior to painting. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the repair and told me that they would repair any mismanaged repairs cost-free, if problems ever arose. All in all, the staff here were very friendly, supportive, and made me feel at ease with this repair. Above all, the repair was done with the most precise and correct methods. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to anyone who is searching for a shop to repair their damaged vehicle, and I would look to them again if I ever needed a repair. read more

Where to begin with how amazing these people are! I backed into my POD leaving the driveway and really messed up the bumper and popped the side rear panel on my SUV. I stopped in around 4pm to get an estimate. I told the gentleman (Tony?) I was getting ready to trade it in so I wasn't using insurance and would pay cash. He immediately went outside to look at it and said I think we can fix it right now good enough so you can trade it in. He took the car back to the stall and 15 minutes later brought it out and you could hardly tell that the accident even happened! Brilliant!
