I love crate and barrel ... I can always find something when I walk in and sometimes I leave with a lot of things. Also I have my eye on a few things that I haven't bought yet ... lol This location is a bit smaller than other locations but has a good variety. You can easily purchase anything you need for your kitchen and some home decor and furniture as well. During the holidays I love buying gifts for family and friends. They also have really cute Christmas merchandise, chocolates and more. Customer service here is ok and the prices are reasonable. Not cheap but not super expensive either... I especially love their glassware. Really good quality ones from Europe are available. China and flatware is also great here. Overall a great place to shop.

My problem with Crate & Barrel in a nutshell - I think they make some well made, magnificent pieces; totally perfect for anyone who's a fan of mid-20th century décor. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of mid-20th century décor... Tip: For people who are fans of this type of merchandise, it's a great place to shop, but bear in mind that the prices are NOT for the faint of heart! On the plus side, the staffers here don't trail after you trying to hurry you, or playing up-selling games.

    Ridiculous.

While the service in store was on point but the massive delay and unprofessional customer service from website left me no choice but to leave a review here to warm potential customer to be careful when placing order with CB. We custom ordered an Axis sofa back in Nov 2nd 2024, it is now Feb 21th 2025 we still haven't received our order. There is no update nor explanation from CB except when we reach out to them and informed us we will have to wait more time because the delay on production or shipment. Unprofessional customer service never give solution but reason why it's not their fault. We already paid $2000 deposits and $300 delivery fee can't believe still have to suffer. Please stay away from this brand, the reputation it built is no proven and won't be as what you think it will be. Pics to prove.

Walked in and got hit with enough devil stares to summon a horror movie sequel. Yes, I'm returning something--apparently, that's the retail equivalent of threatening their firstborn. The way they acted, you'd think my return was the final nail in the store's coffin. Customer service? More like "customer, suffer."

The couch and accent chair - love it!

It saddens me that a few people had negative experiences here but for my wife and I, this is our go-to store for anything C&B related. Every time I've come here, we are always greeted with friendly smiles and amazing service. Carlos and Esther has been nothing but helpful and a huge pleasure to work with. We were looking for a couch and an accent chair and picked what we liked. Carlos mentioned that we get 15% off since we had just moved, which was a promotion. He offered us a quote and didn't pressure us to purchase right on the spot. We told him that we would be back. A week later, my wife and I decided to go with the furniture and make the purchase. We were greeted by Esther, who helped us through the entire process. She looked up the quote, applied the discount, and we were set. Thank you to you both! Honestly, it's professionals like them which make big purchases a smooth process. Will be going back for sure!

I posted the following review to the Crate and Barrel website 11 days ago. They immediately posted a response saying they would reach out directly to resolve the issue. After a week of crickets, I emailed them, no reply. The C&B site does not allow me to post a follow up so people reading will think 'Crate and Barrel surly resolved this' but that is not the case. 'If you don't read the item description carefully you'll think you are buying a solid iron/steel bed. The design is clean and beautiful but, unfortunately, this bed is quite fragile. They use the words updated, modernized and lighter but fragile is equally applicable. The legs that support the middle of the bed will snap off if you move the bed even a few inches without removing the mattress (see picture). Its pretty just wish it was more substantial.'

Purchased a lamp online and picked it up at this location. The customer service at this location is top notch, they were so helpful and kind.

The jewelry is handcrafted, and many pieces include the artist's name and a short bio, which adds such a personal touch. They also carry candles, bags, greeting cards, and products for men, women, and children. The variety is impressive, and I especially appreciated the large selection of handcrafted items. The associates are friendly, welcoming, and genuine. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and I noticed they recognized and acknowledged repeat customers. That's impressive, especially considering the number of tourists who visit the store. Another thing I appreciated is that they don't overwhelm you with emails. Their emails are event-focused and purposeful, which is refreshing. You're paying for quality, craftsmanship, and unique items you won't find just anywhere. The prices reflect the specialty merchandise they carry and the care that goes into selecting it. Parking... well, it's Pasadena! It can be challenging, with mostly metered street parking and paid parking garages nearby, but it's a pleasant walk to the store. I highly recommend Homage! It's a wonderful place to find unique gifts or treat yourself to something special.

It's a 100% fair trade shop which made me love it even more. I purchased a beautiful purple wind chime and a cute greeting card for my husband. There was a mishap on the card (another card was stuck behind it - same exact card but I didn't need 2, just 1)! The cashier and I both didn't notice when I was inside the shop. She wrapped up my wind chime and bagged the card (now discovered to be two). When I got home, I phoned them right away when I saw the other card was stuck to it! I explained what happened and asked to pay for the mishap! Gigi was extremely helpful in figuring out how I could do so and thanked me for my honesty. I'm just glad we could sort it out! So just be aware if you pick up a greeting card to check another card isn't stuck to it! The pricing of items: very fair! presentation of the overall store: very good! customer service: great! I definitely suggest stopping by here.

And the prices are extremely reasonable. And besides for being reasonable, you can find nice pieces in the under ten dollar range, well into the one hundred and fifty or more. There really is something for any budget. I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if I needed help...but was not asked every five minutes (something that I see as a major plus). Check out was a breeze with the clerk on duty. I will definitely come again.

When I first entered I was greeted, first by one of the clerks and secondly by a lovely, but difficult to describe, floral fragrance. Very beautiful, though. When I asked about it I was told it was basically a mixtures of fragrances from the candles, perfumes and other scented products. Regardless, it smelled very luxurious. And luxury abounded! Everything here is very well made and really says "understated wealth." They have a nice collection of children's toys and gifts, home wares, an enormous collection of candles and fragrances (as already mentioned), jewelry and a large collection of cards.
