However, make sure you have some measurements ready (length of the entire sofa/ length of the chaise, seat depth, etc). The sales associate acknowledge my request as did the sales manager when they looked over the order. I was told a small truck would be requested for delivery. A week goes by, delivery date comes up and guess what??? They sent a big ass truck. They would not make any arrangements or accommodate the delivery. It needed to be rescheduled and I had to bend over backwards to move things around to make sure I would be home to receive said delivery. Fine! It was rescheduled and I ONCE AGAIN asked to make sure they send a small truck, again it was acknowledged a small truck would be sent out. Can anyone guess what just happened??? Anyone ??? I will give you one guess. That's right they messed up the delivery again. They decided no, we'll ignore the customers request and send a big ass truck the 2nd time again because you know we can't follow instructions and instead of calling and saying we don't have a small truck available lets send back out in the big truck that failed to maker the delivery the 1st time around. So I asked them how they are going to make this right, there answer ... we will have to reschedule. I cancelled my order on the spot!

Several of the existing tiles on the floor were apparently no longer being made (so why still have them on the floor?), the store stopped doing custom tiles with specific colors (which sadly were the exact colors we were looking for). We finally ordered custom tiles, which cost a lot of money and took some time to deliver. We ended up not liking how they looked so we put them elsewhere on the property. The overall experience was so poor that even though Mission Tile West is *THE* place to go for stunning tiles for your special project, but try to pair up with recommended service people from other reviews here.

Alexis answered my call minutes before 5pm and got back to me with an option, and it might even be available for a local pick-up from the vendor! This was a custom Spanish tile that cost over $100 for a box, and there was 1 box that she procured for me within minutes of the vendors opening hour! I picked it up that afternoon for my installer to have the next day. It was absolutely magical and the most amazing experience I have ever had with anything on this project. Anyone that has lived through a renovation knows that things go wrong all the time, but this experience and Alexis' professionalism, accountability, and abilities are bar none the best!
