I ordered a couch from here in part because it was coming quickly. They never updated me that there was an issue and I had to reach out three times to get an update. Then it came. The email that comes says they are leaving it at the curb! What? That is where people leave their items to be donated in this town. Then, it comes in many boxes and the assembly is non trivial. You have to cover the parts of the sofa. We had a heavy demim material that doesn't have much give It took hours to unbox and assemble with three blisters as a thank you. I would not have ordered if I knew when the sofa would actually arrive and the process....white glove delivery is not available. If late delivery, poor communication and hours of assembly is your style..they are the company for you. Not once did they mention the hours of assembly this would take...they said it was easy. read more

The experience I had with Chris, Alicia, and Kiki.. honestly everyone at the store was exceptional. Everyone was professional, helpful, empathetic, patient and kind. My husband and I have talked about this brand before but didn't really know what we wanted or expected. Everyone patiently helped and gave us different ideas and options. They helped draw it out, build it, gave example and even samples of the cloth to take home to help us visualize what it would look like in our home. After our initial decision, Chris and team also helped with the best deals and how we can maximize our savings. These couches are obviously not the most affordable so any type of savings is always appreciated especially with three little ones. The whole process took over a month and a half... we received the pieces but then found that some didn't work out as expected. The entire time Chris and Kiki and team personally helped and assured me that everything would be taken care of. I do love my couches. They are sturdy, I love my storage, comfortable and all things nice. But what made all of this even better was Chris and his team. Thank you!!!! This store is so beautiful! Chris walked us through the store, really taking the time to explain all of the intricate details and even showed us all of the amazing features these couches have to offer. He even played music for my 16 month old niece, which made her experience so special as well. Although we were unable to purchase anything at this visit, he still went above and beyond in showing us around the store. He is truly what made this store so wonderful! We spent a lot of time picking out the exact pieces we wanted, and when we came back ready to purchase, the two employees working that day seemed totally unprepared. They were confused, double-checking everything, and even after we told them twice to correct our apartment number and zip code, they still got it wrong. As a result, our couch was shipped to the wrong address. Even though it arrived in our apartment within a week, FedEx had to send it all the way back to Texas because it had the wrong zip code and no unit number. Now we're stuck waiting an entire month to receive something that should've already been in our home. To be clear, Teo was fantastic during our initial visit -- knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. This review is no reflection on him. But the experience with the other two employees left us frustrated and disappointed. LoveSac is a great brand, but mistakes like this really hurt the customer experience. read more

I have to say that I totally love my lovesac. My husband is 6'4" and he is never comfortable on sofa's so we got the deep sitting sofa. It was very easy to work with everyone at the Pasadena store. Even after I got the lovesac boxes at my house. I made changes to the design and Chris was excellent to work with. It was easy to put together and it was the same price of other sofa's I was thinking about buying. Plus I got to pick the fabric I wanted on the sofa. Update: not very satisfied with the chosen covers I went with being that they show a significant amount of dirt and debris, a lot of the time the corded velvet clings to things that other sofas wouldn't and my sky grey chosen covers are discolored with very minimal usage. I look forward to getting new covers (which are really expensive) and hopefully having a better experience in the future but I am not looking forward to changing them. I have been wanting a Lovesac couch for the past few years when I first tried my friend's couch. It had been out of my price range for a while, but when I received the 35% off Flash Sale email this past Friday, I called the store on Friday evening, spoke with Chris, and then went in about 15 minutes before closing, placed an order and have really loved and appreciated the customer service I received. Alexia helped me and was planning to be off for a few days and asked Chris the manager to follow up with me. He called me the next day with updates to my order and was incredibly positive and helped to answer my many questions. I went into the store with my dog the next day to add a couple accessories and everyone was super patient and welcoming to us both. After discussing my needs further, we realized we needed to update my order. Chris was in communication via text, which was so helpful because he was able to send visual samples of what I wanted, he was an excellent communicator with great follow through. I feel really comfortable with my investment purchase couch and I know it's going to be something that will really help my apartment to feel like a home. Incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make a lot of important decisions while never being pushy. She also made the return process as painless as possible and had great follow up. Highly recommend this store and working with Jean. Side note: putting together the sactionals are nowhere as easy as videos make it out to be so be prepared for an insane process. read more

I came in several times before I purchased and she never pressured me. She explained the product and the warranty and She also helped me pick another set of covers for my sactional. Love the super sac but has a terrible return policy! It takes forever to return the item and Nicole the manager who is in charge of return is very hard to get in touch with. All the other associates refuse to help you with return process. Customers make sure you measure exact area so you don't have to go thru the hard return process! Mine has been sitting in the room for one month to be returned. They said some 3rd carrier will come and pick up but now they are sending me shrink kit to do it by myself but the bad thing is there was no communication. After 3 weeks of researching, my husband and I were ready to make a $7000.00 purchase today at the Pasadena location but unfortunately had to walk out of the store because the saleswoman Ruby was unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. She acted like we were a nuisance to her and repeatedly used the fact that she does not get paid commission as an excuse to speak to us that way. Ruby gave us inconsistent information and was not knowledgeable about the products she was trying to sale. I have owned my sactional set up in the guest bedroom as a bed/TV lounger for 13 years and my sactional couch/loveseat in the living room for 12 years. As advertised, they are good for life. We will be moving, and will be re-configuring and re-covering the pieces to fit the new shapes and sizes we will need. Jean went the extra mile to look into their storage unit for boxes so that we could prepare the pieces for shipping. Beyond 5 stars. I don't usually write yelp reviews, but I just feel like I have to because well, everyone interested in a Lovesac deserves to know of this store. First, I have to thank Jason. Should you all ever have the pleasure of coming in when he's on shift, you're in for a real treat. Truly just a wonderful, patient, extraordinarily helpful individual whose enthusiasm and compassion and knowledge of how the Lovesac works made my experience - which could've have veered into overwhelming as furniture shopping often does - an easy and fun one. The same must also be said of Jean who is also exceptional. Jean welcomed me in on my first visit and sat with me through each configuration and pattern and piece of my sactional. There's so many options with this sectional and that's the appeal, but she made it also feel manageable. Easy to understand. And explained to me what pieces I needed to buy the achieve the couch that was perfect for me! The patience these associates showed me, and that they also had such a great eye for what would and wouldn't work in my space was invaluable. I have to say I now walk into my living room with great pride and satisfaction every time I see my sactional and desire to immediately crash into it for a great nap and that's largely because of them. And I'd also like mention Ruby who was so kind to walk my mother through a few purchases of her own (which speaks as much to the quality of those who work here as it does to the quality of the actual products as my mother was really just coming in to as a second opinion) and helped me purchase. The couch IS expensive BUT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY and they have a ton of deals so look for those. It is one of (if not the) best purchases I've made, and I think the process of buying is a large part of that. I was able to get an honest opinion and explanation and have my expectations set and met at every turn. Anytime I had any questions, I could call in and would always be met with a friendly voice and a solution. Have recommended all my friends not just this sectional but specifically this store because I know they'll be in great hands (and hopefully a great sactional)! TDLR: the people who run this store are as fantastic as the sectionals they sell. Just phenomenal people and phenomenal service.
