From the time we arrived, and were greeted with warmth and humor. The staff were knowledgeable, end encouraging. They were so engaging and fun! Made us feel super safe, with no pressure to do anything beyond our comfort zone. The three of us were all super nervous before arriving, and by the end we were ready to go again! Thank you to Ethan and Avery for everything - really great guides!

The Malone Springs kayak tour was very enjoyable. The scenery is breathtaking. Our guide, Hutch, was friendly, personable, and provided knowledge of the springs and landscape. My husband was disappointed that the tour ended at 2 hours even though it's listed as a 3 hour event. I also wish there were opportunities to stop and pause in the kayaks to just take in the nature and scenery. Our guide did take pictures but then later mentioned they would be available for purchase which was disappointing as well ($25 for one photo, no way jose). Despite these concerns, the experience was enjoyable and the staff was super friendly! We especially loved being greeted by three dogs who are owned by one of the employees (Oreo, Peach and Milo - absolute sweethearts!)

This review is coming from a 6'3", 245 lb man's man. I'm petrified to death of heights. The lady friend and I are rekindling our relationship. So I thought this would be a great date, and it was. We arrived 30 minutes early and met our guides, Adi and Ethan. Ethan has a comedy bone.... And he delivers well. Adi, she is a lil spitfire, the girl means business. Both guides were absolutely amazing. Earned my trust quickly. I'm skipping all the gear checks / introductions and getting straight to the 9 Zips, 2 repels and the 2 bridges...... but first let me set up the day.... Group of 9. It's raining and HIGH WINDS. Oooh and my Crazy lady friend, yeah- she volunteers us to go first, which makes me second. FMR.? Zip 1 - short and sweet.. that was fun....... until you get to the platform and it's 150,000' in a tree...(150')......and it's being blown around like,...... Well I don't know. I was Frozen w/ fear, my hands had become one with the tree, I'm pretty sure I've imbedded them... My GF laughed at me.... Little did I know what was coming next. A repel... Now I think Adi said it was only 55'. But I heard 55,000'. My lady friend just turns and drops.... Like my heart. Ethan now looks at me and says "Ready dude?". This was the hardest thing for me. "You want me to just turn and drop????".... After a minute, I did it. And ooooohhhhhh boy, WHAT A RUSH!!!!!!!! And now to cross a sky bridge.......OMG!! I'm now going to fast forward. By Zip #5 I'm feeling really comfortable and enjoying this adventure tremendously. This kind of experience makes you bond with those around you.... The lady friend and I are making friends fast. Zip #9 ends with a repel. By this time everybody in the party is feeling pretty comfortable. Adi and Ethan have done Fantastic jobs teaching us to trust THEM and our gear. My GF jumped off the platform and did a half flip, going down head first....so did I... And so did everyone in the group!!!!! I'm still petrified to death of heights but I will be doing this again. With that said, if your guides did their job, you just had an amazing couple of hours and they earned a TIP!!! Back on the ground it was a short walk back to the base.... Stripped the safety gear off and headed to the office to get ALL the souvenirs!! We bought the photo package, shirts, hoodies, stickers and a round of beers for all our new friends..... I think we spent @ $400 total and I wouldn't bat an eye to do this again!!! Hell, I'm ready to do it NOW, wish we lived closer!!!!

I am grateful that I came across their flyer at the PDX airport while waiting to pick up our car rental! we did not have any excursions planned for our crater lake trip, so this was a pleasant surprise! We did both ziplining and kayaking - which we still don't know why they called it a skyak? i i guess it sounds better than... zipyak? kaline? anyhow... everyone was very friendly, professional, and attentive. definitely recommend anyone visiting town to give them a try! only thing was that their exact location is actually about an hour drive from the actual Crater Lake - the name might be slightly confusing as we thought that we didn't need to travel far from the lodge we were staying.

A must do experience! Amazing views! The staff is great and the guides were amazing. They insure safety guidelines are understood and just made it such a fun experience too!

Had a wonderful time with the family in this gorgeous side of Klamath Falls, Oregon! We wanted to do both kayaking and zip lining but free from tours and practically do our own kayaking. We decided to purchase them separately - 3-hour tandem kayaking (2 people in 1 kayak) for one day and zip lining for the following day. Unlike some people, we're not super fit individuals so, for us, it was a great idea to separate the 2 activities and get some rest and recuperation in between. The 3-hour kayaking was fantastic with gorgeous views all around. The staff drove the 2 tandem kayaks (family of 4) to the drop off point not far from their base. We requested for life vests but after seeing how deep the water is in the lake, it definitely wasn't needed at all. It's practically shallow throughout the lake EXCEPT for the drop off point. We know how to swim too so really, the life vests aren't necessary if you know how to swim (or stand/float in 2-3 feet depths). We made a right from the drop off point and found an opening for pathway between the bushes - LOOONG kayaking path we came across but definitely worth the view, peace, tranquility, and workout! We eventually found our way out but if you plan to have the kayaks for 3 hours max, you may not want to take the inner pathways and just enjoy the open lake otherwise try to keep a good pace throughout the inner path. Very fun experience. The next day we decided to do the zip lining and with Ethan and Shiloh as our guides/instructors, we had tons of fun! The zip lining adventure involves learning the basics for safety purposes (which they go through with you thoroughly and even have you try it out before live action), no pressure in case you want to back out, no tolerance for anything unsafe (like unhooking your line - just don't do it!), a few great and long lines to zip through, a couple of drops to make you feel like an assassin super star in an action movie, and wonderful group people to enjoy this activity with! Makes sure you purchase the photo package towards the end to capture all of your fun moments. I do admit the prices are a bit high compared to some places I've been to, but then again the scenery wasn't quite as beautiful as the surroundings in Klamath Falls. So all in all, I'd say worth the price tag that comes with it. Highly recommended - a MUST if you plan to stop by or pass through Klamath Falls. Be sure to use Bug Spray before you go!
