The store itself is easy to miss and is cluttered on the inside with an assortment of Eastern European wares, papers, boxes, and items to purchase. You don't quite know where to look, but once you find the place, you'll never forget, and Roman will take good care of you. Wrong. The tech spent 10 minutes behind the fridge on the phone with Frigidaire to diagnose then gave me an electronic invoice for $260 labor for a job that takes less than 30 minutes and $247.80 for parts that were $130 in total online for the most expensive OAM parts (they were much cheaper on Amazon, but for the purpose of my discontentment, I'm sharing the most expensive costs I could find at any retailer). Because I decided to decline after questioning the invoice details, I was on the hook for $199 diagnostic fee + $20 restocking fee for the parts. Naturally, I don't want to give them $220 for a 10 minute visit, and I need the repair but don't have time for additional research to find a more honest company at this point, so I will pay them to do the work, but will NEVER refer anyone or use that business again. Read the Yelp reviews and you will find that my experience is not unusual. Correction. The charge was $548 and the technician was there for 10 minutes.

She was very nice to me, so I trusted her when she assured me I could use the Flat Aluminum pieces instead, which she sold me for $126.22. I was very hesitant but she convinced me it would work and be better because it wouldn't rust though was expensive for little material. I went about searching the earth for any hinges that would attach a round pole to the square material I was sold and it turns out they do not make square hinges for gates...Period! I went back in the hopes of making an exchange and Connie, having the perfect name with CON built right in, would not see me - though I could see her thru here office window. They had very limited materials in stock and it seems the name of the game was to reach in your pockets anyway. The definition of a square Peg in a Round hole.
