From filling out the form online to get a quote to answering all my questions and producing a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for my building to the unloading to finishing the job, everyone I spoke to were very pleasant and very responsive. On moving day, I was stuck in traffic and took me longer to arrive than expected. I called them to let them know and they informed me that the crew start their clock upon arrival at the destination unfortunately and had to pay extra time, but I understood. They worked like machines -- just two movers were able to get a big dresser, desk/bookshelf, chair, mattress, mirror, and ~10 boxes/bags of varying sizes and fragilities across Brooklyn within two hours. I know they would've moved even more items I hadn't planned to take, with similar timing. They wrapped and protected my prized dresser and even moved two large plants for me without a single leaf lost! I was truly amazed at the speed, efficiency, and care they showed throughout the move.
