Their special not on the menu burger for Polk County Burger week
    Lisa F.

Sadly this place is closing on August 10th I wish I had known about this place sooner. We went there for lunch with some coworkers we got their Polk County Burger week burger (the pretzel smashburger but a different one that's on the menu it's a special one for the Burger week), three of us did. Two Classic burgers and a salad for one. All were very good. The pretzel smash burgers were outstanding and I especially like the brussel sprouts too I have never eaten brussel sprouts before. Green beans could have used a slight more cooking but they were good also. Excellent service also we sat right by the kitchen they even have a menu item that says buy your kitchen staff around 8 bucks had I seen that before I would have done it I definitely will be doing it when we go back this weekend. Check out the pictures of the inside pretty cool. Take a look at that cool ceiling too.

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and sat outside. We ordered at the bar after Drew let us sample a few. We ordered Floating on the Bog and Blood hound Ale. They were both very good and served in metal cups. We ordered fish dip, Super grain salad and pit beef sandwich with sweet potato fries. The fish dip was ok but the hot sauce over powered the dip. The Super Grain salad was small for $15. It tasted good but a little oily. The pit beef sandwich came out with cold sweet potato fries. The sandwich was ok. The atmosphere is great outside on this mild day. We will come back to try the nice beer selections and try the wings and guacamole.

Our server Sherrie was awesome! We were seated immediately with a reservation. We got a beer and a glass of wine and they were both good. The garbage fries were okay, nothing special. My husband didn't really like the Philly or the Mac and cheese but I liked my lobster roll and the Mac and cheese. Service was great and we had fun.

I've been coming to Crave & Copper for quite a while and finally writing a review. The atmosphere and food are outstanding, but I'm a beer guy and if you love craft beer this is the place! 20 beers on tap with a wide variety. Their beer selections include Lagers, Wheats, Red Ales, Pale Ales, IPA's, and Porters. Lots of locals like the Beach Me Up Grapefruit Shandy, but my personal favorite at the moment is the Maple Pecan Porter. They brew different flavors regularly which is great. The staff is great. I have known Jamie the longest, she was the bartender when this place was the Idle Zone. Stacy "Cakes" is awesome too! Alyssa is great too even though she doesn't like Toto. Kamryn is my friend PJT's daughter and Drew is a great bartender too! It's great talking beer with Steven since he works at the actual Brewery.

Best thing to say is meh. Wife wanted to go as we went many years ago before a tragic fire and this is in a new location somewhat better suited for access. Got some pretzels as an appetizer and they were warmed up frozen boxed stuff. I got the special beef sandwich and is okay. Patrons were rude no fault of the restaurant but made us want to get out asap. Prob won't go back any time soon. Maybe good for a few okay beers and some apps then head out.

Friendly people and a great wait staff. The servers actually help one another. Food was good but the menu was a little limited. We definitely will go back!

Deciding to come here on a whim was a great decision! Our server, Sherrie, was phenomenal. She gave us great recommendations and made our first experience here wonderful! Would HIGHLY recommend stopping here. Amazing food, service, drinks, and atmosphere!

Very nice restaurant featuring the beers of the Florida Brewery and a nice menu. The open kitchen was a nice touch, and the service staff was very attentive. Our table had Wings, Fish Tacos, Gnocchi Boglenase, A Philly Steak sandwich, and Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, which were all delicious. An added treat was live music in the outdoor bar area. Overall, this is a great restaurant with good quality food, beers, and service with a small town vibe.

I got the butterfly gin drink again and as always, it is 10 out of 10. It isn't too sweet and it packs a punch. My husband got an old-fashioned and enjoyed it. For our Mains, I got the pear salad, which was great. I didn't add any protein because my younger son got the grilled chicken kids meal with french fries. He only eats half the chicken so I got the other half. My older son got buttered noodles and a side of fries. It was very good as well, he liked the buttered noodles, but stopped halfway through, so I wouldn't be surprised if he chooses another dish next time. He does love the fries. My husband got the chimichurri steak which he should get every single time because it is delicious and my younger son eats a ton of it as well. This time he got the vegetable of the day and mashed potatoes as his sides and enjoyed both. Parking is a breeze because there is a lot of nearby street parking. It is only about 15 minutes away from LEGOLAND, so I highly recommend if you're in the area skip all the chain restaurants and come here instead.

She had the Breakfast Burger with fries and I went with the skirt steak and eggs. Both were excellent. The steak was cooked right and the whole plate came together well. Service was a little slow, which kept this from being a perfect visit. We also happened to be seated near one extremely loud patron, which made the room harder to enjoy, though that is obviously not the cafe's fault. Even with the slow service, the quality of the food is what matters and Lucille's delivered. We would come back.

This restaurant is pretty cool and there were plenty of people already indulging, so our hopes were high. Three of us ordered the chopped brisket plate, with x2 sides. The menus listed the cost at $17.49 which seemed reasonable. We ordered a few appetizers, some drinks and a plate for the kids (who ate at the festival) to split. They were very short staffed with only two people working the floor, one of which was the overworked (as far as we were concerned) bartender who took our order at a table. The bartender did her bartending and the drinks were very good. However, whoever was working the kitchen did a subpar job; and the bill was fouled up. My brisket plate included sides of onion rings and fried okra, along with cornbread. I personally was not happy with my selections, taste-wise. The brisket was fairly flavorless and seemed "old" to me. The onion slices within the rings were watery, albeit the rings themselves were firm (not much flavor however). The okra, again, did not have much flavor to them and I failed to finish them. The cornbread was nothing special either. The others felt their food selections were "okay", but this is my review and I disagreed with them - it could've (should've) been better. Upon getting the bill we discovered that we were charged $20.49 for those advertised $17.49 plates. There also was an added 'Florida Tea' cocktail that was not only not delivered, but never ordered. I recommend you check your bills thoroughly before paying. This may have been an anomaly, but maybe not. As for me personally I won't choose to return here anytime soon, unless I am outvoted by the company I keep.

The outside patio is beautifully decorated with lights, tables and chairs and greenery with foliage to create that natural outdoor vibe. When you enter, it's like walking into a small home where you greeted and seated by a hostess or server. There's a main great room and 2 smaller rooms that have seating as well and ambiance lighting throughout for intimate gatherings. The bathrooms are clean and fully stocked with necessities. As for the food, I got the Brussel sprouts salad without goat cheese which was delicious . It was about the size of my fist for $13. I assumed it was more of a tasting menu. My mother got the gnocchi which was described as delicious but lukewarm in temperature. She loved the beet salad however and the side of sour dough bread. My dad got a 13oz steak with potato purée. His steak was good in flavor however he described it as a bit too tough, and could have been more tender. Since he is a retired chef of 40 years I value his input. My other family members ordered the egg yolk ravioli which seemed a bit of a strange combination but certainly worked out in flavor. The labneh that was with the beet salad was also paired and eaten with the sourdough bread which seemed to be a great idea. Unfortunately the bolognese pasta was not tender enough for my family's liking. If you like pasta that way then you should be just fine. Over all it was fine dining and good. If you would like to go to a place where the portions are a bit larger I would suggest another place. But this is a nice casual dining intimate place for any special small occasion. Last but not least, Beth our server was kind and sweet. She was patient and very accommodating with great table manner and should certainly be recognized for her gracious nature and hospitality.
