Stopped in my motorhome at Maryland Beer Co. next door. Friday night of Diablo Cheesesteak and Crispy Pimento Chicken sandwich! The CS was best I have outside of Philly and Chicken was perfect. The cheesesteak I ordered was luke warm and served on a stale roll. Also, they don't offer any topping,s, just American cheese mixed in some meat. I ate three bites and threw it in the trash. Waste of $10. read more

I tried Crave Eatery food truck in Dover, DE at a food truck competition. I ordered the BBQ pulled pork mac n cheese bowl. It was out of the world good! Their truck is very nice and clean, with screens to see the menus easily. The staff was so nice taking my order and my food was ready quick. Hope to see them around again! read more

Stopped in near State Line today. Got chicken parmigiana sandwich and some fries. Fries were good, could have been a little crispier. Chicken parm sandwich wasn't really all that great. The waitress was very unfriendly. I heard her take other orders and she just had a rude attitude. I ordered smokehouse Mac and cheese. I am not fussy but I couldn't eat it. I will bring it home to the dogs. The Mac and cheese was gummy and tasted like starch and fake cheese food so I was going to eat the meat off the top but it was equally awful. I finally made it to Crave Eatery @ the kirkwood highway location. So many options I did not know what to get but I definitely wanted to try the chicken salad stuffed avocado ;) and I did. Very good. I'm definitely going back to try other items. read more

Crave Eatery food truck has been on our list of things to try for awhile and I'm sorry we waited so long. We ordered the Beef and Cheddar sandwich, which was delicious, but very dry. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the cheddar was decent quality (unlike some cheese that tastes like your soul slipped into the pit of plastic food). We both agreed being take out, a side of au jus or even some sort of aioli on the side might have made this a four star sandwich. We ordered the Chicken Salad stuffed Avocado with a light sriracha drizzle, which was AMAZING. The portion was enormous and lasted two meals. Def something I'd order again, and will note that the photo on their webpage didn't do it justice. Also ordered was the Sweet Chicken Chili Mac n Cheese bowl. The chili sauce made the dish unfortunately. The processed chicken was a disappointment but filled the protein necessity. The Man n Cheese was sub par, but I make the best on Earth so there's that. We (for some reason) felt the need to get a side of fries, which were delicious and traveled pretty well. Staff was friendly and the truck is clean which is huge for me. Just had their shrimp tacos today and it was out of this world delicious. Wasn't sure what to expect but you can't go wrong with this place.

The truck has been visiting our workplace lately. Pretty good stuff. The shrimp and corn chowder is amazing. Pulled pork is also very good. Haven't tried the burgers/sandwiches yet, but co-workers have good things to say. Downside: macaroni and cheese made with Cheez Wiz, or Velveeta, or some other space-age polymer. When you're waiting in line, all excited for a tasty diet cheat, and you get a cheap, plastic-tasting impostor? That's a big order of No Thank You. Please stop. I'd happily pay the same for a smaller portion of the real thing. read more

Rude service, cashier snapped at me and several other customers when we asked questions. Overpriced and very disappointing food. Ordered cheeseburger, fries and Mac and Cheese, came to $24.00! I pass it all the time and have been wanting to stop for awhile now. They had pierogi this week and I just had to try them. They were $8.00 for six of them. I thought that was a bit pricey. You could get them heated or frozen. I decided to get mine heated on the grill. They came with carmelized onions and sour cream. I do not know if it was their grill (maybe something burnt on it prior), but they tasted burnt. They had 3 types of cheese in them and I also did not like the flavor of whatever types of cheese they use. If you are used to authentic homemade polish pierogi, I would bypass this place. This truck has been at The Wilmington Flower Market in Rockford Park for the past few years. 2 years ago we had the cheese steak grilled cheese sandwiches which may have been one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have consumed and there has been quite a few. Yesterday they did not have a cheese steak grilled cheese or a short rib grilled cheese on the menu so I opted for the cheeseburger grilled cheese. This was right up there with the cheese steak one. Fantastic. No need for ketchup or mustard on this bad boy! This place is a winner! read more

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I tried to get a burger with blue cheese and cranberry, which sounded interesting, but the woman refused to cook it well done. She said they will only cook it medium! Seeing any pink in my burger makes me physically ill, so I had to get food from another vendor. Ridiculous! read more

Couldn't wait to try this food truck as I'd read a lot of good reviews. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but we were very disappointed. The mac and cheese was tasteless and gummy. No cheese flavor at all. The pulled pork was good. The cheese burger egg rolls tasted like they'd been fried in rancid oil. They left an odd taste in your mouth and they ended up getting throw away. The pierogi were like rubber. I did like the grilled onions on them, but I'm not sure what that puddle of grease they were laying in was. If it was suppose to be melted butter it had no flavor- just grease. Finally, the cupcake. The chocolate cupcake was okay - kind of dry, but just tasted like a box made cupcake. The frosting was the puzzling part. It had no sweetness at all but a strong tangy and tart taste that I hope was sour cream. Did not taste like anything you'd put on a cupcake. 90% of our food went into the garbage. We will not be back. read more
