They have a huge selection of candy, including old school ones you'll have a hard time finding other places like Pop Rocks, candy cigarettes, and those weird UFO wafers. You can also find novelty items like funny magnets, plush toys, and silly stationary, plus some international candies and branded items like Harry Potter jelly beans, Hello Kitty ramen, collectible Sailor Moon/Dragon Ball Z drinks, and ramune sodas. Plus, the staff is always super nice. It's often pretty busy with families and kids popping in and people stopping by to get candy before a movie, but every time I've been there they have gone out of their way to greet us when we walked in, help us find anything we needed, and chat with us while we checked out.

She wasn't just standing around, though, at least.. she was working on tasks for the store both behind the register and on the sales floor. After browsing the store for a while, I came across items that interested me and went to check out.. the employee still didn't greet me whatsoever or even so much as smile. She told me my total, I paid, she handed me my purchases and I thanked her before leaving which she responded "yeah". It's a shame that the candy store itself is very inviting and exciting, but the employee looked as though she'd rather be anywhere else.

It was perfect timing to stop in for an afternoon caffeinated beverage and a treat. I have been to a lot of parts of Meridian but I didn't even know this shop even existed. Where have I been? This shop is my ideal hang out spot. They have coffee and chocolates, two of my favorite things. And the chocolates here didn't disappoint. They all looked so good. The chocolates were prettily lined up in the bright display case. There was also a variety of packaged goodies too. I'm a visual eater so I like to pick out my own chocolates. Making a decision to which one to get will be the hard part. I got a a couple americanos started for my friend and I. We got iced americanos with sugar free white chocolate and cream. While our drinks were being worked on, I ate my caramel marshmallow milk chocolate heart and checked out all the merch on the floor. I did a run through all the treats in the little paper bags. The chocolate dipped potato chips caught my eye. I love me a sweet and salty treat. I love the Valentines day packaged chocolates. A big red heart full of sweets. There is also cards, art work, stickers and homemade goods. This is a great place to grab a quick and easy gift. My chocolate was so good! The marshmallow, caramel and milk chocolate is such a winning combination. I could have eaten another 2 or 3 pieces but I had some chocolates earlier in the day so I really had to control myself. The americanos looked really good. The sweet gal that made them did a good job. The espresso was very present. The half and half did help with the bitterness of the espresso. The white chocolate was there but I could have used a hair more or a packet of sweetner to make it a tad sweeter. I didn't see any sweetener packets anywhere so I'll have to ask them next time if they have any. But the espresso was just what I needed to keep me going. This venue is very cute. They have all sorts of options here besides coffee and chocolates. There are also Italian sodas, gelato, milk shakes and espresso in a scoop of ice cream. The espresso and ice cream combo is definitely a must try the next time I'm in! There is also a happy hour between 4 to 6 so that will be a great time to come in for a sweet treat. Looking forward to coming back and trying other sweets that are offered here, especially that espresso and ice cream concoction.

Their dark chocolate caramels are some of my favorites, and the malts are always delicious. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. While the ice cream can be a little icier and not quite as creamy as some of our other favorite spots in town, we still love coming here. Sitting under the big trees with ice cream in hand is part of the charm, and it keeps us coming back to sit on the patio with our ice cream.

I like that you're not committed to a pound here so I'll be able to get a variety of treats. Walking in, you are smacked in the face with this amazing smell from the caramel they were using to dip the apples in. You are visually sent into overdrive with all the chocolates, Valentines decor and dipped apples perfectly displayed all over. I didn't even know where to begin! I wanted to look at everything, God forbid I miss out on something good. I would literally get one of everything if I could. The truffles, fudge, dipped twinkies, apples covered in caramel and chocolate, smores, it was all calling my name. Trying to narrow my selection down was going to be a difficult decision. But I ended up going with a milk chocolate sea salt caramel, a milk chocolate caramel, a milk chocolate truffle and one more piece that I can't remember. I also snagged a little bag of peanut butter melts for my husband. The gal that helped me out today was kind and patient with me. I was looking over the display case and wanted to make sure that I got anything that called out to me. It was neat seeing the dipping of the apples, it's an art for sure. On Saturday afternoon, a kind gal was at the counter and she showed me the ladies sizes on the floor. In the front wall, there are many samples of numbered t-shirts. Behind her at the counter cubbies, there shirts in several colors available to be pressed with the design of your choice. We chose two womens designs and one men's designs and these were pressed right in front of us. Aside from shirts, we got other goodies as well. I've already written out and mailed most of the postcards we purchased and added things to my little scrapbook. Nice store to visit and shop for Boise, ID stuff!

They always have such a big variety of goodies. Walking in, it's hard not to get overwhelmed by all the goodies, colors and displays. We went straight to the display counter to look at the truffles and to see if they had the Dubai bar. We were the only ones in the store. It was quite weird not to see a sales associate for a good amount of time. We located the bar, she decided against the bar since she can get one local for the same price and almost double in size. We walked around the store and looked at all the fun stuff. I love how everything is so organized and clean. When you have multiple customers through out the day going in and out of a bin, it's nice to see that it's clean. I personally don't like candy in bulk cause of potential germ contamination. But honestly, I have boughten candy from this joint and I have never had any issues since they keep it so clean.
