Emmett Creamery is an absolute gem in our town. The staff was polite and attentive- it's clear this is a family-run business that truly cares about our community. The ice cream itself is fantastic, with a variety of delicious flavors. The peanut butter flavor, in particular, was incredible and a must-try! Oh, and the cookies. Incredible. The prices were also very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. I was able to treat myself, my husband, and three of our kids for less than $20, including tip. Not only is the ice cream amazing, but the business itself is absolutely beautiful. The way they restored it felt like classic Emmett but with a refreshing new face. It's so nice to see a business that offers quality products, great service, and affordability all in one. Emmett Creamery served up delicious treats for our entire community on their opening day. Their menu of ice cream, sodas, and other goodies is inclusive even to those who are dairy free! I enjoyed the Strawberry Sorbet which tasted like the best Strawberry Starburst ever while my husband enjoyed the mint chip. His favorite part about their mint chip was that it was mintier than most, which he really enjoyed. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and worked efficiently all day while the line was to /or out the door. We have been driving/walking by the Emmett Creamery looking inside with anticipation and adoration at the adorable ice cream shop that was waiting to one day open. We're so happy that day has finally arrived, and we are so excited to continue supporting this small business hopefully for years to come. read more

From the time you walk down the block and smell the waffle cones sweet smell wafting in the air until you enter the building I knew this was going to be an amazing place. The waffles cones were made in store and so was all the icecream. Already more than a dozen different flavors and new flavors being introduced in such a short time was unbelievable. I have the bourbon pecan, key lime pie and mint chocolate chip and the texture and flavor was amazing. Like the old time ice cream that's homemade. Everyone was happy behind the counter and looked like they were really enjoying what they were serving. I didn't have to wait long at all to get the ice cream and the staff was prompt in answering any questions I have. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you Emmett Creamery! So happy to have this finally opened and they have dairy free for those of us that have problems with lactose. It smells so good when we go in. They make the waffle cones throughout the day, yum!
