This happened on 07/19/2026 around 3:15, and between 3:19pm at 9150 N Tarrant Pkwy,North Richland Hills,TX 76183.The biker drove away from the scene.That is a hit and run, by Texas, State law and it is against the law to hit a person and run away.I did call NRH Police Department and they came out and I pressed charges on the person if they ever find him.I was on the phone talking to 911 ,the person is a Caucasian man guessing about 20 or little older.The number on his motorbike On the windshield was 701. He had on all black biker clothes. He was wearing Motorcycle gloves with allies, steel protection balls on them.I could not get his license plate. State Fram Insurance tells me that it is not a hit and run. Vandalism because the person was mad when he did it. I have never in my life seen this person. I am 100% disabled American senior man.
