I decided to go back to a regular watch after wearing a Fitbit for years and needed to find a local jeweler to have a couple of watch batteries installed. That's how I found Crawford. I brought two 'nice' watches in and was quoted $20 for each battery and 30-40 minutes to get it done. I ran a few errands, came back in 30 minutes and they were ready as promised. I am currently looking for an anniversary band and did take the time to look at their ring offerings and was super impressed with the service and also the selection of rings. I kept the prices in mind and then later stopped by the Zales outlet to compare. The rings at the Zales outlet were not only unimpressive, but they were around the same price, if not more than Crawford. That really opened my eyes. I can't wait to show my husband the ring styles I like at Crawford! lol I love to support small, family-owned businesses and Crawford fits that bill. I came here based off of several recommendations and I am glad that I did. I had two rings that I needed appraisals on and I wanted to have them both cleaned. As soon as he brought them out I could see them sparkling. They look brand new! That's saying a lot because these belonged to my grandmother and they are older, and were is desperate need of a good cleaning. And it only took a week for them to do the cleaning and appraisals. I had called around and most places were saying 4-6 weeks. Crawford was quick, professional and the work is exceptional. I will definitely be back here for any of my jewelry needs.
