I will never go anywhere else for jewelry or jewelry repair/design. I met Terry, the owner of Jewelry LTD, when he came into the place I work for some tech support on his phone. We talked about his jewelry business and I asked for a card. That was about 8 months ago. I went to Jewelry LTD today to see Terry, we talked about some jewelry repair and a meltdown of my old wedding ring just like we briefly discussed 8 months ago. It was such a good experience, he asked the right questions and listened to what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the chain he suggested for a coin I recently purchased. The prices are very reasonable, I'm just so happy, customer service is going away these days but it is alive and we'll at Jewelry LTD. I might also mention that one of the rings he is resizing is a ring I already paid 50 dollars to have resized at a well known established jewelry store here in Fort Worth. I came to Jewelry Ltd. because I had a stone that fell out the my infinity band and I wanted to get it fixed. I always try to support local small businesses when I can, which is why I chose Jewelry Limited verses other options in Burleson. When I went to drop off my ring, the staff was nice and explained the process of getting my ring repaired, and gave me an itemized receipt, so I could give it to my insurance company. They also set expectations that it would take at least a month to get my ring repaired because they were backed up. That was fine with me. As it got closer to a month, I had not heard back from them. So I called them myself, the first time I called I was told that I needed my receipt number which I did not know. The staff member told me that they would look for my order and call me back. I waited two days and I still did not hear back from anyone so I called back again.And this time I had my receipt number. I was told that they would check the status of my ring and they would call me back later that day. Three days later, they finally called me back and told me that my ring was ready. When I did pick up my ring, I have to say I was impressed because not only had they replaced the missing diamond but they cleaned it and they even buffed out some scratches I had on the band. I was not crazy about the customer service over the phone. So if I have them fix a piece of jewelry in the future, I will go into the store with my receipt to get status in person. read more

My experience with LTD jewelry was bad. I was in the area the stopped by the new location to see if my jewelry was done , and when I arrive the worker rudely tells me "it's not ready if I didn't call you" but my jewelry was actually ready for pick up. I got no apologies after , my advice is to spend more money with a quality jeweler that values there customer . I usually don't give reviews...however, if you expect even mediocre customer service, you won't get it here. Dropped off a necklace for repair on Nov 11, said it would take 2-3 weeks. Gave them an extra week before I called to check on it on Dec 1st. The lady told me they moved locations, but would call me back after she looked for it. Never got a call back...called again late Weds afternoon, said she would call me back, never did. Called late Thursday afternoon, said it would be ready by noon the following day and she would call me when it was ready. I finally called at 3:00 on Friday afternoon. She was very rude to me on the phone. Then called me back like 10 minutes later to tell me it was ready. I'll never use their services again. Very Rude, over-priced! read more

I brought my wedding ring in to replace some lost diamonds and Terry told me that I had several prongs that needed to be rebuilt or I would be losing a lot more diamonds. I have to say that I don't think my ring has looked this good since it was new. My ring is 34 years old and has been repaired several times in the past but never looked as good as when Terry did it. Loretta has to be the rudest person ive ever had to deal with. I called to check in on my watch since it had been a couple weeks and I hadn't heard anything nor had i been told how long it would take she immediately got snappy with me i tried to keep my cool and said it makes me nervous that i cant even have a general time frame of how long it will take then she insults my watch calling it cheap and is even more rude then hung up on me!
