The owners teach the course and are pretty kind and helpful. They also offer additional days for practice, monthly memberships, and lots of extra help if needed. I plan to continue visiting via a membership or repeating the 4 week course.

This was after I received multiple unsolicited messages from dating sites and political websites I did not sign up for myself using the email only this business possessed at this time. All of this harassment because I stated I felt uncomfortable at the studio in January 2022 and she perceived my actions as rude. As if calling a paying customer a c**t is not rude and unprofessional.... Please take your business elsewhere. This studio is not empowering and the owner is a bully, I cannot believe a woman who is a mother would treat another woman this way, it is absolutely shameful.

The weights in the weight room are never, ever, ever sorted into their correctly labeled spots (you can only blame other patrons up to a certain point--then you have to start asking why the staff aren't enforcing a sorting rule or sorting them themselves). 2. The wifi is spotty. 3. When equipment breaks, repairs take forever. One of the selectorized weight machines had a weight that stuck for months and months after I politely mentioned it to staff multiple times. 4. The men's bathroom by the weight room often has a very strong urine smell and the hinge on the stall door is not dependable. And handle on the sink in there has been broken for weeks. 5. The second hand on one of the wall clocks in the weight room is broken, and has been for a long time, which is frustrating if you want to time a lifting rest. (It's a small thing, but it's the kind of thing staff should handle without having to be asked by their customers. Plus, who wants to be "that guy" who asks them to fix their clock? I already asked once--now I'd rather use up my political capital asking about the wifi.) 6. Any time you have to do ANYTHING in the office, it takes forever. Reception and basic bookkeeping tasks move at a snail's pace. Again, all the staff are very nice, and overall things are not bad. However, there are some continual/recurring (and frustrating) problems that appear to be a lack of proper management.

I have had a few teeth pulled before and dentists have always prescribed pain medication if I needed it. Really weird.
