We have been very satisfied with our experience with Quantum Roofing. Two years ago they replaced our full roof, worked with our insurance to get it paid, and helped me select shingle colors that accent beautifully our home and the surrounding natural elements. This year when a storm dropped a tree limb on the roof, they were fast to respond and get the hole covered that day. Within a week they returned and completely repaired the issue, and payed attention to detail so you can't even tell where the damage was previously. Absolutely would not work with this company! As a woman, it was an immediate turn-off that the salesperson felt the need to insist that my husband be availabile (in person) to meet with him before giving us any information on or estimate for their services. They offer a $600 off coupon IF you personally call previous customers to solicit reviews on the companies behalf. This feels very intrusive and inappropriate. A representative from Quantum Roofing was walking through my neighborhood, and asked if i would like a free estimate of my roof due to the recent storms in the area. I said sure. George returned a while later and asked for access to my attic. I told him there was no way that access to my attic would be provided. Due to all of the items in my garage in the way of the access point. Then George and his associate got on my roof, looked around, and came down and asked to come inside to talk about the roof. They came inside and said there was no hail damage, but I had normal wear and tear and that if I made a claim it would most likely not be covered. That was the first time I expressed that I was not going to make a claim on my roof. I didn't want to run the risk of my rates rising and possibly being dropped from my insurance. George's associate was the one who told me that all of that could be a possibility. I said you might as well call it good and go ahead and leave. George did not take the hint, my roof went from normal wear and tear, to very bad condition, to very, very bad condition and possible foundation damage if I didn't get id done soon. I was as nice as I could be 2 more times before I told him he was starting to piss me off. I told him I had recently, 6 months ago, become a widow, and I was still trying to get things back in order, and I wasn't going to spend any money out of pocket for a new roof. George then proceeded to tell me they could finance the roof and I could make monthly payments, but he was going to do a soft credit pull. That's when I had had enough. I told his associate that he was nice enough, but asked him to tell George to shut up and get out of my house. George tried to speak again, I stood up and told him to get out of my house. The audacity of this young man was baffling to me. George needs to be reminded of what goid business practices are. Because now, I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not use Quantum Roofing. read more

Jared was kind and respectful to our concerns. We had the roof repaired in a very timely manner considering the supply chain issues in the area. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not act with integrity nor do they stand behind their work quality. Quantum's crew damaged my siding during a roof replacement; they agreed to return to repair, and then I heard nothing. I am very displeased that I am having to write this review. Initially, I had 3 different roofing companies come out for estimates. Quantum roofing was the last to come out. My partner and I were INCREDIBLY impressed with Erik's knowledge of roofing and the quality of different materials. Initially, Erik answered all of our questions and responded to our questions promptly and professionally. We had discussed during the estimate all of the things we wanted done when they completed the roof repair, including removing an unnecessary chimney that we no longer needed due to changing the fireplace to ventless gas. We were quoted a timeframe of several weeks and were very impressed with the fact that they were able to identify a week that was a few weeks sooner than what we expected. However, this is where it stopped being impressive. We were told that the crew lead would reach out to schedule for a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday appointment during the week identified (May 20, 21, or 22). We waited on Monday and Tuesday and we never received a call. Unfortunately, I had to reach out to the crew lead to get this scheduled. I called Tuesday evening and was told that they were actually still working on another site and wouldn't be finished and couldn't guarantee a day that was quoted. My partner specifically took those three days off in order for one of us to be here for when the roofing repair would be completed. At the end of the call, the crew lead told me that they were headed home from the job and didn't have the opportunity to look at their schedule and would call me the next day. I was later asked if they could come Saturday and my partner and I had things scheduled for the day and were unable to accommodate (as we shouldn't have had to). Then the crew lead was dancing around other days the following week and they did not seem to have any idea of when they would be available to complete our roof. I finally explained to him that I was not having it and they will come when we are available. When the roofers finally came, it was a completely different crew than who we were told was coming, without any heads up. The roofers were almost completed with the job when we noticed they hadn't touched the chimney that had been discussed, so I asked them about this and they told me that they weren't even told of the chimney coming down and that it was not in their work order. When Erik was contacted, he stated he didn't even know that was something we had requested, when it was one of the very first questions we asked him during the estimate, and he told us it wouldn't be a problem to do this for us. The chimney was taken down after the call with Erik at no extra charge, which we were thankful for. During the repair, one of our copper landscape lights (worth $40 a piece and no longer being made) was damaged where the top of the light was broken off. We also obtained mild gutter damage from the ladders they were using. When we completed the final walk around, we pointed this out to the crew lead who said he would talk with Erik about getting these damages fixed. When I contacted Erik, he explained that they would get on it and make sure that the light gets repaired and he would see what he could do about the gutter. As of today (9/5/20), we still have yet to receive any co tact from Quantum Roofing. l sent Erik a text message on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 11:47am, asking more about the gutters and the light. I did not receive a response. I again texted Erik on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at 8:42pm. I still have yet to hear from Quantum about these damages. I would 100% NOT recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of professionalism and lack of any response whatsoever. I was unable to get a picture of the gutters due to lighting, but the damage was pretty minimal to the gutters. read more

Do not use quantum Roofing services they add extra costs they do not do a walk through nor do they ask you too sign off on the job. We had our roof replaced by them and they damaged our gutters. When they called me said they had all kinds of personal on-site to ensure no damaged happened. The gutters were a year old with NO damage and they said that they used a couch cushion to prevent damage which a bunch of BS and they know it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more
