I texted her the morning before I left and she didn't even tell me the vehicle was not available or that she wasn't at work she told me to come down . Very unprofessional and now I have wasted a whole day and drove 10 hours for nothing and it was 100% avoidable if they communicated better with me . She also tried to get me to send my credit card info so they can charge me 2000 dollars to hold a trick they didn't even have . They post pictures of vehicles they don't physically have . The pictures are from an auction. Beware of these guys .

They never disclose that his car was previously totaled in an accident and expected him to know what a rebuilt title meant. This is his first car ever and learned the hard way not to trust a used car salesman. I went there two days later to return the car and they refused to give him his money back. Instead they gave him a warranty that covered nothing that had to be fixed and we had a hard time finding a shop that would even take the stupid warranty they offered. Now that his car is actually fixed we are filing a lawsuit against them for reimbursement as well as taking advance of the elderly!!! Do yourself a favor a don't waste your time or money!!! They deserve negative stars, even 1 star is too good for them!!!

She delivered the most important thing when your vehicle is having unexpected mechanical issues, consistent communication that did not require any action on my part. Every day, sometimes twice in a day, I received a call just to provide an update on the diagnostic being performed to identify the issue. The fact it took a while to diagnose was totally overshadowed by the amazing service. I'm a licensed insurance agent/adjuster for 33+ years and almost never purchase extended warranties or "insurance" protection on technology. Because I was purchasing a German car, I made the exception and it paid off. For that reason, I also recommended going over your extended warranty options with the sales rep at time of purchase. It is not for every situation, I would still take the time to review. My decision to take it made my service experience even better. They explained my benefits clearly before we got started, provided a loaner while they diagnosed the issue to confirm warranty coverage, and got me in and out of the loaner with ease. The entire experience, start to finish could not have gone better, all things considered. The dealership is always sparkling clean, staff members helpful and polite, with a nice variety of vehicles to check out during my visit. Additional compliments to their business and service center set-up and operating procedures. Streamlined to keep things moving and the staff and customers happy. Thanks again Jessica!!!

I brought my vehicle to the main front lot where they provide an adjustor to check the mileage and condition to provide a price that CarMax will honor for seven days even without purchasing another vehicle. The offer price is firm with no negotiating. Today, I walked the massive back lot for a gently used vehicle which have different options every week. The two beautiful corvettes at the front of the lot were very inviting and at a decent price. Did not buy today, but will keep checking.

Before calling them I've read all the bad reviews and understood that there will be fees (auction,…read moreshipping, $495 and other fees) on top of the advertised car price and I was fine with it because I understand its not a charity organization and everyone has to make money. Called them the first time on Nov 21, 2016, with the intention to buy a car. Talked to Yana and briefly talked to Jeffrey was promised service agreement to be sent to my email after I send them a copy of my driver's license. Sent my drivers license to Yana and car info that I want. No agreement, no calls back nor emails. Sent few more texts over 2 days. Dead silence. Called them back in two days, talked to Jeff again, he asked me to send drivers license to him and he promised to take care of everything and send me agreement after I sent him the copy of my driver's license and car info that I want. He sent me a test email to which I replied in minutes with everything requested. No reply 6 days. I thought I was done with them but gave them another chance. On December 6th, 2016 I asked my friend that lives close to their office to call them and ask them what is going it and why they don't want to work with me. After her call, Yana called me in minutes and was ready to work. She found me another car (3000 over my budget) and I told her that I'll get to my bank next day to get pre-financed and asked her to send me their service agreement. No reply since then and no service agreement. Next day I see the car she found for me with $14900 auction price sticker is posted on craigslist for $12900 (see photos). That when I had enough and decided to write this review. I usually don't post bad reviews but this is not the way to treat your client, fellow American, and the US soldier. P.S. I will never send anyone my driver license again and really hope that my drivers will not be used for Identity theft.
