Buyers Beware I trusted what you said and drove 5 hours to buy the truck I repeatedly asked the sales lady was the truck available and she said yes . I texted her the morning before I left and she didn't even tell me the vehicle was not available or that she wasn't at work she told me to come down . Very unprofessional and now I have wasted a whole day and drove 10 hours for nothing and it was 100% avoidable if they communicated better with me . She also tried to get me to send my credit card info so they can charge me 2000 dollars to hold a trick they didn't even have . They post pictures of vehicles they don't physically have . Stay far away from these crooks... they took advantage of my 18 year old son and his grandmother by selling him a $5,000 car that cost another $3,500 to fix. They never disclose that his car was previously totaled in an accident and expected him to know what a rebuilt title meant. This is his first car ever and learned the hard way not to trust a used car salesman. I went there two days later to return the car and they refused to give him his money back. Instead they gave him a warranty that covered nothing that had to be fixed and we had a hard time finding a shop that would even take the stupid warranty they offered. Now that his car is actually fixed we are filing a lawsuit against them for reimbursement as well as taking advance of the elderly!!! Do yourself a favor a don't waste your time or money!!! I stopped here in March but decided to buy from sole owner, what a mistake...6300 $ later I traded my vehicle in on a 2014 Ford Fusion, much too my surprise an awesome vehicle. I've received so many compliments My credit wasn't the best and there were a number of other hurdles to get over , like I'm a 1099 independent contractor. Kelvin and Diego helped me fit the numbers together so I could drive off the lot w an extremely reasonable monthly payment, purchase price and premium warranty. So far, I don't have one complaint other than if took 3-4 trips back to lot to negotiate but you should know that's part of the process sometimes. I would recommend these guys, as in any purchase the more knowledgeable you are about what your buying the better off and better deal you get. The three managers laugh about, word for word, " f*cking the customers over". Not to mention the cars sold here are in the worst condition, the problems range from transmition issues to engine problems, you name it. Worst place to buy a car. I purchase a 2010 Buick Lecrosse from Car Depot around the beginning of March. I test drive the car and everything seemed ok with the vehicle. At the conclusion of the sale, I requested if the gas can be put on a full tank. I notice when the gentleman who did take it to put it on a full tank never filled it up but rather 3/4 of tank. Needless to say after leaving the dealership, I went and put the car on a full tank. I notice while I was doing so, the car turned off and would not crank until about 15 minutes after trying. I returned the car to the dealer and informed Chris one of the gentleman who work there of the issue. He basically conveyed to me that the issue is minor and that I should turn the car off while pumping gas. Exactly 2 weeks later, the car has been in and out the shop. I paid over $3,500 for the car and I promise you I have paid even more money getting it repaired that what I have actually paid for the vehicle. The very last time I took the car to the shop, they totaled the car and informed me that the entire engine on the car is bad. I called last week and spoke with the general manager and explained the situation to him. I included that I was pregnant with triplets and I did not have money to just throw away like that. I included that I was a single mom caring after soon to be 8 children. His only response was if I bring someone to him, he would give me a credit on a down payment on a new car. I don't think in my entire 28 years of living, I have never been so devastated and heart broken ever. Here I'm about to have 3 babies and have absolutely no transportation to transport them to and from the doctor or even being able to pick up the other kids from school. All I wanted was a reliable car where I can run errands and be a supportive mother for my children but instead I feel like I was rob. The dealer also lied about the car having a warranty as well. Wow how do i start! There are not enough reviews to begin to describe the horrific nightmare that it was dealing with these people. This place is the biggest scam on the face of the Earth and unfortunately it took many headaches, long hours on multiple occasions being there, and $2000 wasted. NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEY DEAL IS DONT DO IT. These people know they might be selling you a car for a good price to reel you in, and hey you might desperately need a car like i did and might be willing to take the risk. HOWEVER, that was the worst mistake i have ever made in my life. These people will try to be super cool with you and befriend you. Hell when i went they bought me and my family a pizza and refreshments while we sealed the deal.( I SWEAR). Anyways what you you dont know is there WHOLE LOT is filled with cars that have been in major accidents, so many that have transmission and engine issues and other really major problems that are not quick fixes and basically classify the car as junk or trash. I bought a 2005 Silver Volkswagon Jetta for a price i could not pass up, did my test drive and the car drove like a dream. Did the paperwork process that took entirely way too long non the less i was excited of my soon to be new car, no one in the office seemed to know what they were doing, there was one particular white guy whose name i erased from my memory that will sell you his first unborn child if you listen long enough they are so sly and sneaky no uniforms (at the time.. i can see they upgraded from my last god awful visit) or sense of professionalism whatsoever. I left the lot super excited and feeling like i scored big time... Until i took the car home which was a much further drive then the test drive and the car started to stall and jump. Went back the very next morning (they were close as soon as i drove off the lot) to ask about the issues no one told us the car had and before we even got to tell the manager the "receptionist" (if you can even call her that) yelled back "hey the people who bought the Jetta yesterday are back because of the shaking" ..... mind you we hadnt even told her what the problem that we came across was... which means she knew and so did everyone else. No matter what they wouldnt take the car back so they offered to "help".. they told me it was the motor mounts that need to be replace.. i figured i got the car for such a good price that i could afford to just replace this and move on with my life. Well $1,000 dollars later (European cars are crazy expensive to fix) i find out from a Extremely reliable dealer that YES the motor mounts did need to be changed badly but it was the transmission that was bad and we only discovered that after driving long distances and letting the car heat up. Round of applause for Hollywood Motors Sales who knew all along. It made my life a living nightmare. Hands down worst customer service/ car buying experience of my life. I hope i can help some one if not EVERYONE from going here please its not worth it. The ABSOLUTE WORST. This place is a dump. I would give it a -1 star if i could. read more
