They sent me three "large" dog shirts that wouldn't fit a chihuahua. This company is just a scam trying to get your money for cheap products

The t shirt seems fine but I need a smaller size. The return/exchange process listed on the website does not inspire any confidence so I've reached out twice, as they specifically request that you do. No response. They advertise "no hassle returns", so far this has been a pretty annoying ...hassle. Update- I tried a third time to contact customer service and they responded saying they had shipped the smaller size. They also said I could donate the shirt that didn't fit rather than having to ship it back. This was nice as I believe I would have had to pay return shipping. I appreciated that compensation for the original difficulties. read more

Customer service is terrible! My order was supposed to be received may 20-21. They never shipped it. They didn't even bother to reach out to me to notify me. I reached out and a person named bill stated my order was supposed to be shipped may 29th. My order updates have still not been made. He reads your messages then ignores them. He also refuses to allow you to cancel your order. As a business buyer, this has been a terrible experience. Will NEVER recommend to buy from them. Thankful for others who have had a good experience. Whoever thought masks would be one of the most popular purchases of 2020? Crazy, huh? I found these fun masks and decided to get them. Online ordering was simple and delivery time was as expected. I was not happy at all when the masks arrived. The quotes were peeling off and they appeared to be used. They also didn't come in any sort of packaging, it was like they were just tossed into the mailing package. I was let down with this company and that's just based upon the quality of their products. The masks looked much sharper online. I was disappointed. I contacted them and they immediately refunded my credit card and I didn't have to send them back. I washed them and I have to admit, they are soft and comfortable. I will be purchasing them again because I love the quotes. This time I will call in my order and explain what happened with my first order. I will update once this happens. As of now I haven't placed my second order. It was nice they told me to keep the damaged ones and the refund process was simple. Very nice company to work with and am hopeful my next order will include better quality products. I ordered a T-shirt and paid extra for expedited shipping. I placed the order five days ago and the package has been sitting at USPS for four days. It took them 12 hours to respond to an online chat and they don't respond to emails or phone calls. The customer service I've received is some of the worst that I've ever experienced. Ordered 4 tee shirts on Amazon from this company. Description and pics of shirts say, Made in the USA, are tag less tees, and show soft cotton high quality material. The one they sent is heavy, scratchy cotton and has tags that not only say Made in Haiti, but aren't even Crazy Dog brand shirts. Haven't received the other 3, but if they are the same crappy quality, they will be sent back also. What a scam. read more

Second time ordering from them. Tshirts, while they are somewhat different sizes (I had picked all medium for a tight fit), the colors and prints on the shirt for lettering are great. They are super comfortable and fast delivery at a great price. I have a slight issue right now with the wrong T-Shirt being sent in my order, but I'm in the process of just now contacting them. It is NOT the quality described on the Crazy Dog website or pictured on Walmart site. It is a $3 Jerzee t-shirt this is scratchy and bright red. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH !!!! This company is amazing. I ordered matching shirts for Christmas morning for our extended family of 13. The size Large comes in a more faded red and I ordered multiple sizes so they would match. Within minutes of contacting the company to see if they had a darker red in the large, they went far beyond to help rectify the situation and get me the shirt I needed by Christmas. I was searching online for a Saint Patrick's Day shirt and came across this company. I decided on a shirt and ordered it. Within 3 days I got my shirt in the mail. I ordered a size medium and the fit was a smidge big, but not too bad. I prefer my shirts to be more form fitting. I probably would need to drop to a size small next time if I were to order another shirt from this website again. I find the shirt to be of good quality. The print didn't become distorted after washing it and there was minimal shrinkage. read more

Fantastic customer service. I forgot the shirts tend to run small when I ordered my kids school sweatshirts. Then I accidentally put one in the dryer and shrunk it. Totally my fault. I emailed asking if there happened to be an extra sweatshirt in a larger size left over, understanding it was a long shot since our school only does their ordering once a year. Unfortunately there wasn't, but crazy dog sent us an assortment of generic town gear in my sons size. Totally above and beyond. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't often leave reviews unless I feel like I need to warn others of terrible business practices and this site certainly falls under that category!!!!! I found this website while looking for cute tshirts for my husband's birthday. Despite some of the reviews on Yelp being less than stellar reviews, I decided to proceed with my purchase. I chose four tshirts and proceeded to checkout. I was alerted that I may have made a mistake with my payment information and was prompted to re-input my information. My husband stopped me immediately and told me that a payment was processed!! All my items were still in the cart, I did NOT receive an order number, I did NOT receive a confirmation number, I did NOT receive anything to indictate my order was processed. There is no phone number to contact anyone on the sites side. When I contacted my card provider they informed me that not only was the payment processed, but was processed TWICE within 1 second of each other and the first processing was declined before it was approved and deducted literally a second later. The customer service agent informed me that there was no contact information on her end to help me dispute the claim. My only course of action is to wait for the pending transaction to change its status and THEN I can dispute. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!! read more

Visited this location this morning and could barely get anyone to speak to me (apparently I was interrupting the employee Hookah session). After a while, someone walked by and dismissively directed the lady at the door to "just give him a business card." It wasn't until after visiting another local print shop that I found out they have a reputation for being rude and dismissive. I definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your time unless you enjoy poor customer service and a bad experience. read more

Your not allowed to return just exchange and you have to pay to ship the items back so your out the money on that. Also be careful with their sizes because their small runs around the size of a large. Will never shop here again just for that reason, better to go with a place that at the very least allows you to return an item if your not happy with it. read more

Placed order online. Crazy Dog T-Shirts is a marketplace vendor at Sears.com. Item was no longer in their inventory so they sent a substitute. They included a note with the packing slip saying: "I just wanted to send you a quick message regarding your order. You had ordered our Cat Purfect Large Long Sleeve Shirt and we are all out of that shirt. I had emailed you on 10/23 to let you know but unfortunately I did not receive a reply. I have sent you a shirt that is extremely similar to the one you ordered along with a free shirt for the inconvenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at ...." The substitution (a different color, graphic, and text) was shipped on 10/23. CrazyDogTshirts has not responded to an email request for a return prepaid postage label. I do not want to incur the expense of returning an item that was not ordered. 11/20/15 - Update. I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Despite the fact that I still question the integrity of a business practice that ships substitute products, the seller did work to give me a full refund. My husband got the whole family shirts here. We had a problem with sizes. The womens slim fit fits 2 sizes smaller. After talking to the customer service they fixed everything!
