Overall a very comfortable environment to be in. The stylists also read and record the appointment notes you give them when you book. So it pays off to go consistently and be honest/transparent about what you want. She didn't go crazy trying to sell product or anything and I appreciated that (although I did learn about something that I didn't know!). The schedule is a bit limited but it's worth the effort.
