I am crazy for crazy shirts. Two years ago I've bought tons at the Waikele outlets but it's no more. So this was the only store left as one of the Yelpers mentioned. Yes, the store is more like a regular retail store but it does contain a couple of racks of discounted/discontinued/flawed merchandise. I did score a nice sweatshirt for $11 here that was 50% off already discounted price. I also got a decent polo shirt for $25. The girl at the register, Jourdan, was not only helpful but very patient with us. So no, you're not going to get anything under $10 here. But if you are a visitor to Waikiki and you are crazy like me for these shirts, it's a must stop so you can add additional weight to your luggage that's going to the mainland. read more

This is one of those things that are familiar with frequent visitors to Honolulu. It's not exactly local and it's not touristy like an ABC Store would be. However, once you've discovered it, you won't buy Crazy Shirts the same way again. The store sells older style, close-outs, and seconds (with flaws) t-shirts. They have in inventory what they have, so don't expect to find what you see at premium retail locations. Plus, they have shirts from all of their other stores, including the mainland. You may see San Francisco printed one some. Anyway, you'll need to be open and patient to shop here. There are some great finds. read more

Went to Crazy Shirts for fun - found out they are selling this great and awesome new line of Disney shirts! Well now, who doesn't like a little Mickey on their t-shirt! :) I do! The shirts are not priced any more or less than normal Crazy Shirts t-shirts and I promise that they will not disappoint! So the Pearlridge store didn't have the size I needed of the shirt I wanted so I was put on their special order list. But then I had them call over to Ala Moana to check for the size. Yes! Was in stock! The Ala Moana store said they would hold the shirts for me to pick up the next day. The ladies working at the store were amazing and super friendly. I wish I had gotten their names. What a dream come true. For years I've been a huge fan of B. Kliban cat cartoon art. I've collected the older Kliban Crazy Shirts for a few years now, finding them at thrift stores and swap meets. While in Hawaii I decided to stop by a Crazy Shirts store, boy was I stoked! I walked in and was greeted by the very friendly staff. Ended up picking up an amazing Hawaiian Kilban cat shirt and a bunch of stickers for friends back home. I engaged in a conversation with the cashier, confiding with her my excitement of being there, she was so friendly and was intrigued by my excitement (I'm a nerd). Make this store your stop for hawaiian apparel, the prices might seem high, but Crazy Shirts is embroidered into the fabric of Hawaiian wear (ha!). read more

The rating of "3 stars" is based on today's experience and solely on the customer service skills of the worker. Granted, he was running the store on his own but even when the store emptied out and Huns and I were the only ones left, the worker made no engagement or even acknowledged our presence. I even had to approach him on my own to ask about a certain sweater size I was looking for and all he did was point at a stack (of sweaters that I wasn't even looking at) and told me "might be in there". And moved on. Thanks for the help, bud. I usually like coming to this store . . . you can get a good deal for a "crazy shirt shirt", some with minimal or not obvious "flaws". They have shirts with cartoons on them, as well as shirts about Hawaii (and other places). Since this location is the outlet store, there is quite a lot of cheap stuff. Went there on June 30 and got lucky with the 4th of July sale! Rushed in the store because I was parked illegally and I wanted to use my $20 email coupon which would expire July 1. Although my coupon would not work, Gavin and Natalie helped me to find 6 items in less than 10 minutes. The average price paid per item was less than $10! A great place to find discounted gifts. I've gone several times to purchase shirts for others and end up walking away with @ least 1 for myself. They also have some regular priced shirts in the $25 range but it's hard to justify spending on those items when the store is full of discontinued and or slightly flawed shirts in the $7-$12 range. Ask for the punch card if you're a frequent shopper. They'll punch it for every $25 total. read more

There are more full priced shirts and gear than discounted outlet stuff. It looked like what was discounted was all irregular stuff with "Flaw" stickers conveniently pointing out where the flaw was. There was an additional 30% off some discontinued items which was a bonus. read more

Here you can find cheaper versions of the regular Crazy shirt styles as well as styles that will no longer be made. When I went there when you purchased 2 shirts the 3rd was free (of lesser value). Since t-shirts are made to be worn, a flawed t-shirt doesn't bother me so I picked up a few items. The staff is friendly and laid back and you can pick up a VIP coupon book if you have the ad from the Oahu vistors booklet which is found on most corners around the Ward Center. read more

We used to go to the old outlet location near Costco in Aiea years ago. So glad to see that the outlet store is still around and at Ward center. We loved that we could get quality Crazy tshirts at the fraction of retail. Most of the flaws are minor and things we can live with. Other merchandise are discontinued designs. We were lucky that we came during the July 4th weekend sale where there was an additional 50% of the discounted prices. Score! I love that the Kliban cats came back. Great place to get tshirts and the people who worked there were friendly. read more

This place is really great, although the selection will be hit and miss depending on when you visit. They have a combination of regular inventory and discounted "2nd's", which will have flaws ranging from really minor to very noticeable. But, the prices for these flawed shirts are awesome, so it's definitely worth a look if you're in the neighborhood. read more

Crazy Shirts has some really high quality shirts and pants for men and women. I have shirts that I got in the 80's that are STILL not faded or ripped. CrazyShirts.com also has some really great funny t shirts and cool t shirts for men, women and kids. Tons of great styles and its designed and printed in Hawaii and the cotton is grown in Mississippi. read more
