We ran over mid day to make sure we would miss a long line, to my surprise there wasn't one, even for the store. So we browsed around did a little shopping inside the store and ended the shopping spree with a sweet treat. Kith offered a variety of different mixes that have been created by a handful of celebrities, you're also able to DIY your own mix or choose from a popsicle. I landed on the bam bam, I forgot who's custom mix that was, but it seemed to be like the kitchen sink of mix's with a little bit of everything. It was smooth chocolatey ice cream blizzard type of treat. It was super delicious but personally I think I'd share the next time I get one, it was WAY to big for me to eat all. Oh how I TREATED myself this trip in Oahu! I love Kith and thoroughly enjoy shopping at their storefronts and online. Little did I know there was a location in Oahu, so I had to take sneak peak of what they had. On the first floor, they have women's clothing and a register. Going upstairs they have mens with a way bigger collection of shoes, clothes and accessories. I went through all of their clothes on the rack and the dayton pullover jacket caught my eye, it's almost like a wind breaker but without the hood. It's very stylish and I knew it would fit my style. The service is always good at Kith and they usually have more sizes in the back for the item you see in the front so don't be shy to ask. I did ask the gal about a defect in the item and she gave out the vibes like she didn't think it was a big deal but I think she got me a new one. read more

Never been to an actual Brick and Mortar Kith store so me and my cousins had to check it out. Waiting in line to get in is kind of tough sell but I would say it was worth it. Inside of the store was enormous and was beautifully designed in my opinion. The employees were pretty helpful pulling stuff whenever we needed and were pretty patient with us. They had a lot of their recent releases on the racks but I just picked up a Hawaii/store specific tee and earrings for my wife. My cousins also picked up some stuff too. Once in a while you can find great kicks at this store. I'm always on Nike's website or on their app SNKRS. It's good to be able to see the shoes in person before buying them. Lately, I've noticed that when I order shoes from Nike.com it doesn't look like the pics on the website. KITH carries some of their new drops, but not the hype shoes. Those you'll have to try your luck at 4am if you're in Hawaii. I did see the pandas the last time I was in store. I was looking for the Light Silver and Ocean Bliss Dunk Lows aka salmons dropping that night. However, the guy working on the floor didn't know if they were going to get them. This time around I enter the female sales associate was so cold when I walked in and even to help me after I found things I liked. The male associate that rung me out was super nice so it made up for the experience. I'm unsure why the need for an attitude. It's usually busier the other times I've come so I wonder if people have noticed the arrogance in the workers lately. If you're going to visit on Monday, be prepared for a wait as it's probably one of their busiest days. I got to the store at 10:30 and waited about 30-40 minutes before I was let in. The store was celebrating "Kithmas" so the wait was understandable. Inside, you'll find a number of items, including shoes, hoodies, and homewares, but the thing I found particularly great? The level of customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the first gentleman who helped me with sizing questions, but Kaui's customer service was fantastic. It was my first visit to the store and I'll be back again. My one complaint is that the validated parking doesn't cover the whole stay, but a minor thing. read more

I guess I was one of the lucky few to secure a limited release Hawai'i Nike AF1's (Now that's a mouthful lol). Although I wasn't a huge fan of the long line and the way it was organized poorly, I did appreciate the store once we made it in. They immediately assume you're there for the AF1's so they grabbed our sizes and brought the shoes to the counter for us. I'm, by no means, wealthy enough to throw down mad bills on clothes but I appreciated the lay out and design of the store. Every employee interacted with was extremely friendly and courteous. Be prepared to wait in line. I asked the security guard what the max capacity was and he said 25. When we finally got into the store, I could count about 5 on 1st flr and 10 on 2nd flr (included sales reps). He also made a comment that the line will get faster when the two additional reps come in. Sounds like a staffing issue rather than a COVID issue regarding max capacity..... The store is beautifully set up and easy to see the clothing displays. The sales rep was sweet and carried a conversation during checkout. My nephew found a t-shirt to purchase, but was disappointed that they didn't carry the other brands available on their website. This store only carries their Kith clothing brand, so don't be expecting anything more. They have a good selection of kicks and carry CK cologne. All in all it was a good experience. When I go to Honolulu for vacation, I try to stop by Kith every day. Even my hotel has to be close by lol. I love this store. The store is modern, aesthetic and it smells really nice. Ask them want scent they spray in the store. Kith is not cheap, you have to pay to play. We don't have a Kith store in the Bay Area, so I go crazy when I'm out there. My favorite salesperson is Yin. I try to go to Hawaii as often as I can and I was surprised Yin remembered my name as soon as walked in. She's so friendly, knowledgeable and always has something for me to buy. I can't leave empty handed. I always ask her what does she have for me today lol. I'm like a regular to her these days and always look forward to seeing her friendly face at Kith. At the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center next to their retail shop. Bright shop with clear glass so you can watch them make your delicious concoction. Only tried the soft serve with the cereal mixed in and any all creations are amazing! I will say that the chocolate with heath toffee and cocoa pebbles tops as my favorite! And I am far from being a chocolate lover. Price is slightly more than what you would pay for any other ice cream dessert. The workers are friendly and service is quick! Highly recommend trying it! The employees were very kind and even answered my questions about dunk lows. I left with Tan AF1s. I didn't wear socks so they gave me disposable ones. I loved that this place has more than streetwear and shoes. They also have products from diptyque which was a nice surprise since I love their candles. I previously bought rose whisper dunks from another place for $150 so I was shocked to see the same shoe here selling for $100. My employee bought the same shoes for $290. I recently visited Kith in Honolulu during their fall launch, and I must say, the experience left a lasting impression. This was my second visit to the store during my stay on Oahu while visiting family. I had been eagerly anticipating their fall collection, especially since some items were trickling in earlier in the week. As a loyalty member, I received early access the day before the launch, but unfortunately, the specific set (shorts and button-up) I wanted had already sold out online. Determined to find the set, I arrived at the store right at 10 a.m. and waited in line to get in. The store was bustling with activity, and when I asked about the items, I was told that due to being on an island, some shipments were arriving late. I was understandably disappointed, so I sat down in the shoe section to see if anything else from the collection caught my eye. While I was browsing, Ramsey, one of the store employees, noticed I seemed a bit discouraged and checked in with me. He asked if I was on a tight schedule and then offered to check the back room to see if the items I wanted were still unpacked in one of the new shipment boxes. I told him I was happy to wait. A short while later, Ramsey returned to inform me that the items hadn't been delivered yet, but he did find them on the manifest and assured me they would arrive the next day. Since I was staying with family in Kaneohe, which is quite a drive, Ramsey kindly offered to place the items on hold for me to try on the next day. I gave him my name and number, and of course, I couldn't leave Kith without buying something--so I grabbed a pair of socks (because who visits Kith without picking something up?). The next day, I returned about an hour after opening. I mentioned to the staff that Ramsey had set aside two items for me to try on, and sure enough, he brought them out shortly after. The set was exactly what I was looking for and fit perfectly! Ramsey's attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied made all the difference. Kith Honolulu has definitely earned my loyalty. Their customer service, especially Ramsey's exceptional care, ensured I had a great experience despite the initial disappointment. Because of their covid policy you couldn't try on the clothes, but the cashiers stated you didn't need to wait in line again if you needed to exchange for a different size. However, this is NOT the case, we went back the following day and they wanted everyone to wait in line again, for exchanges or any help. FYI, exchanges or store credit only, no returns. Staff were genuinely nice and accommodating. The KITH store only carries kith brands and not the entire kith website selections. Ramsey was nice and a pleasure to chat with when I was looking at several pieces. FYI: location does not allow for any try ons due to covid. No refunds, just exchanges for store credit.
