This taco hut is conveniently located on the corner of a street and has plenty of parking. There are picnic tables outside of the hut where you may sit and wait or eat. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is poor. I had both the steak and chicken tacos. Both were dry and chopped into tiny pieces. I was not disappointed that I was only served less than a teaspoon of that meat in each taco. The tiny bit of steak was gristly. In addition, we were given the incorrect order. Lots of mishaps here. I didn't realize how packed full this giant sucker was. What's in this mouth watering monstrosity you ask? I'm not even completely sure. This place never disappoints. I typically go to the location in Fayetteville and I never knew there were multiple locations until now! It is definitely in a sketchy area but that's usually where the best food is located. I always get the squash flower quesadillas and you should too if you're vegetarian, they're my go-to. The asada tacos are good too, they have a lot of flavor and I appreciate the fact that their corn tortillas are hand made. You can immediately tell and that displays their attention to detail. The only "down side" from this particular location, if you can call it that, is that their agua frescas are not handmade and probably come from some drink mix. :( so sad... I don't mind drink mixes it just feel like it takes the authentic factor away but they are nonetheless still tasty. read more

So I gave it 2 stars really for the bad menudo and the nerve that it was $10 that I wasted and can't get back. This restaurant is ok. The agua de jamaica is really good it's not too sweet(it was my favorite part of this restaurant). The tacos however were not that good, they tasted plain and the cilantro, radish, lime and the meat tasted old.
