Doesn't deserve even 1 star!!!! Terrible company awful people completely unprofessional argumentative liars dishonest lacking in any credibility or integrity. I consulted them to do a restoration job on my clothes that my fire salvage company couldn't handle it was all going to be out of pocket which is as not a problem I waited patiently for 5 weeks b/c they assured me they could do the job had worked with this other company before and that picking up and delivering wouldn't be an issue b/c they were always in my area. They went ahead and inventoried my items and sent an invoice and even told me they were all set on working with my salvage to start work day after labor day and would keep ke posted as things progressed yet the second I had concerns and questions about billing storage handling of my items certain items I didn't want cleaned they became passive aggressive making false claims about communication that never occurred claiming they never committing to do any job and it was my own fault for waiting around 5 weeks and at that point it should have been obvious to me they weren't gonna do the job. they actually said this!!! Even After texting just two weeks previously that they were starting the process to pickup my clothes the next day and would keep me informed and sending an itemized work order/bill and picture with an estimate of total cost. All the sudden the trip back and forth . was an issue and was going to actually have to be billed seperate in addition to the estimated costs of cleaning and since it wasn't discussed (which it actually was and that it would be included as part of the service it was one of the 1st things we discussed) and the large nature of the bill and number of items that they felt they aren't the company I'm looking for. Where do you get off making that determination for me. I get to decide who is right for me. Don't place blame on me Take accountability and state you don't want the job don'"t pull that passive aggressive B.S. with me. Treating me like I'm a child!! Very patronizing and became defensive and hostile threatening to hang up when I called them on their crap!! They're one of the only companies that does textiles in my area and they know this that's why the can afford to be so rude Terrible way to treat people and a terrible way to do business keep someone waiting weeks on end and then basically call them stupid for waiting. She said " we gave you every opportunity to go with another business" When? I have the text messages saved!!!! So don't dare ask questions or express legitimate concerns b/c you'll be labeled a problem client and they'll cancel the job. 5 weeks they kept me and my clothes waiting knowing full well I was being billed to keep the items stored until their company picked them up. Both Service Master and myself were appalled. ( Service Master handled this much better than CRDN b/c it was their referral they took accountability and are sending my stuff home w/o being billed for storage or transport a second time) I also repeatedly asked CRDN not to communicate with me via email or during my work hours which they repeatedly disregarded. It may not seem like a big deal but due to the fire internet and email was not a viable option of communication for me at the moment I asked to be texted or called or left phone messages and if documents needed to be sent I simply asked them to communicate with me first via phone message but they couldn't even follow a simple request that they assured me was not a problem and claimed to me they completely understood . The communication is sporadic at best You have to constantly chase then down for information and then they ate only accommodating until it's no longer convenient or relevant for them to be then they're just rude and disrespectful when it no longer suits them to be nice. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes and no accountability whatsoever. I'm actually glad they didn't end up doing the job because from what I've read online they are also a bunch of thieves according to several online reviews and complaints. Steer clear of this place go with Service Pro Or ServePto ot anybody but these people.They're a nightmare. It's too bad because supposedly Chad who does the cleaning is very good at his job....he just works with or for horrible dishonest people. If you tell someone your going to do a job Do It don't waste their time or money not after a heart breaking event like fire....second not wanting to answer a few concerns a customer expresses sounds like your trying to hide something or know your doing something wrong or dishonest and is a complete unprofessional disregard for the client and smacks of corrupt business practices. I am still working with Steve and Laura from CDRN Portland after a house fire, but I'm sorry to read the reviews here now as my experience with them thus far has been really good. Steve came out right away and his communication has been great, and I've found Laura in their front office to be absolutely exceptional, patient, understanding, and helpful as I've worked her to get a number of items cleaned and returned (of which weren't initially put in my "urgent"/need back asap pile. The house fire has been beyond-words-tough to deal with, am always short on sleep and tired, but being able to communicate with people who care and have demonstrated they're here to help me out has been invaluable. would give zero stars if an option. after a house fire, my insurance company hired them to clean my clothes and personal belongings. they first broke a piece of art and left it on a counter, not notifying me. then a purse was returned broken. it took two months to get them to cut me a $200 check. yesterday, I was informed, via email that a $4000 sculpture was broken and they could not repair it. then when it told them the cost, they started to back track. CRDN was used to store my household items for about a 6 month timeline after my house was flooded due to a pipe break while i was out of town. When moving my items, they ended up losing all my important personal documents (i.e, social security card, passport, and birth certificate). After moving back into my house and realizing these items were missing, I was told that they had put them in an open box (supposedly marked personal documents) and that the box was left in the house after everything else was moved out. No one, including the contractors working on the house, was told of this box. Keep in mind, the house was unhabitable at this point and was often left unlocked with contractors going back and forth. I suspect one of the contractors saw what looked like an empty box and it was tossed along with the rest of my loss items. When it became very apparent these documents were lost and CRDN even admitted it was the fault of their crew that no one was aware of the box (i was sent a picture of a non-descript open box as evidence it was there, attached), I asked for CRDN to cover the cost of replacing the documents, including expedite as I was due to travel out of the country in the coming months and needed my passport (which requires an original birth certificate to replace of course). CRDN refused to cover any of the cost of the document replacements. The staff member I talked with said that she would have the CEO call me to explain, which never happened, even after I followed-up. I found this whole situation with my lost documents very unprofessional. I understand they didn't want to store them due to liability reasons, but I do not see how it is any better to leave them in an unsecured house in an open box, without letting anyone know and then refuse to cover replacement costs when those unsecured documents inevitably are lost. I gave them two stars instead of one because for the most part, my items were returned. However, there was also damage to a couple of sentimental furniture items (a part of a leg missing from a antique round table gifted to me from the wife of a very good friend who passed from ALS, and a piano that had minor damage after it was dropped while it was moving). They did fix both items satisfactorily, although it took many months from when the damage was noticed. There were also a few items that they had not rejected (allowing me to get compensation from insurance as a loss) but were very obviously water damaged. Needless to say, I was not particularly happy with the service received from CRDN. I will say the staff members who I talked with during the process were very kind and tried to be helpful as they could. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. Take the time to read the reviews before hiring!! Worst company to deal with EVER!! My apartment flooded summer of 2022 and the adjuster for my home owners insurance suggested this company CRDN that I'd never heard of to clean my water soaked garments/laundry. I gave them a call and they sent an agent out. Agent was solid, explained they would be able to take care of everything that had be damaged by the water and even offered to take and emergency bag of clothing to wash and return to me ASAP. I place maybe two complete outfits in the bag with some shorts and some extra underwear & socks. Agent leaves and that's where the shit show starts. Can't get a hold of agent or company to retrieve the "emergency bag" of clothing for upwards of a month. Now at this point I've been staying in a hotel, living out of pocket, while having to eat out every day with little to no clean cloths to wear due to most my things being water logged. Never returned any of my calls or messages the entire time I was waiting for this "emergency bag" of clothing to be returned so I at least had some clean clothes to wear while I was waiting on my apartment to be restored. I tried to be patient but after about four weeks of not being contacted back I finally was able to get a hold of someone and I decided cancel the service due to their lack of responses and terrible customer service. Next day I bit the bullet, packed all my things up and took them to the laundry mat and cleaned them myself. Fast forward a few months CRDN sent me a bill for $409 for the "emergency bag" of clothing (Which would've equaled almost one full load at the laundry mat!?) At this point I became upset because this had clearly turned into a money grab! I contacted CRDN to ask what this ridiculous bill was about and Laura attempted to convince me that it costs them $409.00 to clean one load of cloths and that they also charged for pick up & delivery. How much can pick up & delivery cost?? The funniest part of this whole charade to me is that they weren't responsive at all while they were supposed to be performing their services and returning my items but once I cancelled the service they literally contacted me every other day for payment. After disputing the charges for months I finally got fed up and paid the bill. After paying the bill I called to pick up my things and Laura informed me that's "not how it works" even though they had been paid it would in fact take up to a couple days to pull my thing's from inventory and deliver them. I guess? So I call back the next week after they don't contact me within the couple days she promised and she tells me they're still " working on it". Later that evening I check my bank statement and CRDN had double charged my account again! Called Laura who repeatedly tried to convince me my bank must've charged me twice?! Which might be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, common sense will tell you that's not how banks work; banks don't initiate purchases on people's accounts!! but I went ahead and called my bank anyway, which reassured me they don't would never double charge for a charge that CRDN initiated!! Now it's ten days later and CRDN still has my money held hostage. No doubt in my mind Laura ran my card twice and instead of apologizing for the mistake she chose to lie about it on multiple occasions. Horrible company with negative reviews and they deserve them! Absolute worst company I've ever come in contact with. I've been calling just to get a quote for 3 months and everyone I spoke to even managers said they'd get back to me and never did. I called the headquarters and filed a complaint and was assured I'd get a call back, and still no one called me back. It's unbelievable that such a big company doesn't want new business and can't even call or email someone back. I would never trust this company with my personal belongings, you'll probably never get them back. read more
